Worthwhile trip! - Our trip was great! We booked the night before as we were let down by another company last minute! Mario was a great guide, he showed us extra sights and gave us lots of information on Auschwitz and the area. Lunch was very nice we had a baguette and after our tour Mario had bought us chocolates and fruit. A great day and a great guide well worthwhile.

Interesting but awful - The drive was long but we enjoyed our driver who told us many things about Poland and his experience of going on a field trip with his school class when he was young. The actual walking through the death camp was incredible and difficult. The part that really hit me was the room with all the human hair. It was horrifying.

Brilliant experience from tour operator - Was picked up when arranged with no issues, driver was pleasant and professional. Was provided a lovely lunch everything was explained and communicated throughout. Once tour had finished we were collected and dropped off at hotel. Thankyou again and we hope to use your services again when we return to Poland

Excellent service - Our driver Mario kept in touch via WhatsApp from the day before to ensure we knew what was happening. He picked us up promptly at 6 am to beat the crowds. He was a very friendly and informative representative of Viator and took care of us from start to finish. Mario is a credit to the company, going above and beyond to ensure our trip went well. He reserved a table for us in a polish restaurant on our return. We very much appreciated his attention today. If I could give 10 stars I would 😊

Auschwitz a must see. Driver enriched the whole trip. - This was a private driver. He was wonderful. He was able to take us on short notice since our previous booking fell through. On time both ways. Pleasant conversation about Poland, Krakow, Polish life, current events. Took us to extra sites not on usual tour. Nice lunch for us after the tour. Auschwitz was a life changer with top notch guides with perfect English.

Fast, easy and reliable - Great trip! Recommend going with a guide as we found out on the day that tickets are released day by day with certain timings had we of gone our own we may not have got in. Our guide got us to the front of every que so we didn't wait, and as we had a later start time than our arrival took us to see extra locations and grab a coffee before we started. Made the whole process very easy!

Excellent service! - Maciek did a great job, answered every question, made us feel very comfortable and made the whole experience easy to manage. This is obviously not a "happy" tour, but it is worth your time if you're at all curious about history. The tour itself is conducted by the staff at the location so this is more for the private transportation, ease of ticketing, lunch included, and easy pick up at the conclusion - when everyone else got back in the shuttle bus to the parking lot to meet their various rides, Maciek had texted me that he'd parked just outside the gate. That probably got us back to Krakow 30 minutes faster than if we'd had to take the shuttle bus again. Highly recommend! Maciek was just a cool dude too, we enjoyed talking to him.

Avoid VIATOR - Avoid VIATOR Changed our time from 10am pick up to 6.50am !! After taking payment and confirming 10am Then we had to sit for 2 hours+ for a slot to get in Awful organisation 1 good thing was the fab independent driver who took us he was amazing .
