An emotional but respectful Tour... - Booked last minute with Mr. Shuttle. Easy website and great communication. Very early start but no crowds or queues. Very nice driver and on time. Guide was pleasant and very knowledgeable. A place we have always wanted to respectfully visit and no film or book prepares you! Emotional but a must visit...Least we forget!

Mr Shuttle Tours are to be recommended. - Cannot fault Mr Shuttle. Every transfer we used was excellent. From pick up at the airport, the tours and airport drop off.
Always on time and very polite. Highly recommended.
We did the Auschwitz-Birkenhau Memorial trip the day after we did the Salt Mines tour which was excellent. I asked for lunch to be suppled on both tours but only received lunch on day one. It was missed off from our second tour. However, this is a minor fault. As expected, Auschwitz was a thought provoking and heart breaking experience. I only wish that the tour was a little less rushed.

Excellent tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau - Our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour guide was exceptional. He spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable in all aspects. Our mini-bus was clean and comfortable, the video film shown en route was very informative, and our driver/guide was also excellent. The only negative was lack of clarity on the morning pickup time. Initial booking said pickup would be between 7-8 am with return by 4 pm. Notification on day before said our specific pickup time at our location was 7 am. This was then later changed to 5:30 am, and then changed again to 5:50 am. If one wasn't paying close attention to their phone, they could end up missing the tour. I think better consistency is warranted. The return time originally stated was also inaccurate, even when adjusting for the earlier departure time (got back considerably earlier).

Well organised excursion with Mr Shuttle - We used Mr Shuttle for both journeys to and from Krakow airport and also for a private excursion, The Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour.
All 3 trips with them were fantastic.
We were greeted at the airport ( we had been delayed getting through passport control but they rang and checked we were at the airport and still required the transfer )
Our excursion was so well organised , we had arranged a private tour and our driver made sure we were where we needed to be at different points throughout the day.
We had to change our return time to the airport and again this was easily organised.
All the vehicles used were clean , comfortable and spacious.
Pre departure for our trip I wanted to ask some questions and liked the fact I could communicate in many ways, the replies were always prompt.
Every member of staff we interacted with , right from the booking stage to return journey to the airport , were professional, efficient and very very friendly.
I would 100% recommend and use again for airport transfers and any excursions whilst in the Krakow area.

Krakow - Mr Shuttle experience - From pick up from Airport to return Mr Shuttle’s service was superb, friendly staff apologised for being 4 minutes late due to traffic, clean vehicles very spacious.
Did the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tour with them as well great guides and lunch was good.

If I could award it double the stars allowed I would. - So pleased we booked with Mr Shuttle, so many tours are cancelled by other companies at the last minute we decided to go with this company because of their reputation for being reliable and that they certainly were. Updates on pick up time and advice on what to wear and bring were very helpful but above all of that the trip itself was amazing. You will not be disappointed if you pick them

Perfect! - The pickup time was right to the minute. The driver was helpful and friendly. The car was clean and spacious. The guide at Auschwitz was very professional. Five stars and a strong recommendation for Mr Shuttle!

Rushed and frantic - We booked through Mr Shuttle to do the Auschwitz and Birkenau tour. The transport to, from and between the sites was excellent. However the tours themselves were rushed and didn’t really do justice to the sites. Clearly the tour guide was working to a very strict time constraint and you are essentially whisked through without any time to look at exhibits, take things in or reflect. You would often get left behind if you dared not keep up with the pace of the tour guide. A number of key features at both sites were omitted from the tours. Birkenau came across as the most rushed; the tour guide marched us to the top of the site, and then quickly back to the bottom again and it wasn’t easy to keep up the pace he was setting on sometimes uneven ground. We finished the day feeling a bit bemused by it all, and just felt like we’d been hurtled through it for the sake of keeping to a set timetable. These two sites deserve far more time and respect, and this tour really only ticks the box for anyone who just wants to say ‘i’ve been there’.

Avoid (total disregard for their customers) - Booked last minute due to another operator cancelling. Had to check-out for hotel by 2pm. Tour site states 7 hours duration , confirmed with office tour would drop me
off before 2pm. On pick up confirmed with Tomaz the driver and agin we would be there for 2pm. Let did I know that we would be stopping for optional lunch and then going to Salt Mine and then swapping cars. I arrived back at hotel at 2:45. Tomaz denied all knowledge of stating we would make time. Really bad customer service for the expensive cost and 06:45 pick up. Avoid in my opinion if you want to keep to a schedule, make other plans or believe in customer service
