Great service! - Guide was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to make our day a good experience. He knew a lot about the area and engaged in good conversation.

Great Tour- Worth the Money! - We were so fortunate to have found Pawel through VIP Poland. We traveled to Krakow to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau but hadn't gotten tickets in advance. We must have tried a number of companies that were all booked for Wed March 10 and then booked with another that ended up canceling the day before. So we spent more money for a private driver and Pawel made the day so special and worth every penny. He picked us up at 8:30 am on the dot so we were at the ticket office to get a group tour for 11:30 (English speaking). Instead of waiting around, Pawel took us to the only remaining synagogue in the area and the attached museum which we had all to ourselves. We had the Auschwitz tour from 11:30-1:30 and then met Pawel who had packed us a wonderful lunch. Then we met our guide for the short bus ride to Birkenau and we were back by 3. The ride out took a little over an hour with little traffic. The ride back was a bit beyond 90 minutes. Pawel is smart and knowledgeable and we enjoyed chatting with him. He is also devoted to his clients. He managed to get 2 of the remaining 10 same-day tickets available for our time slot and made us feel special in what was a sad but important day. Ps Remember to bring your passports which are necessary and book Mon-Thurs for much shorter lines.

Premium service - Pickup and bringing from door to door with premium car and nice private driver. We had lunch break served between the guided tours in Auschwitz and Birkenau. There was a little wait at the museum to get a guide in English, but then we got a little extra tour of historical places in the area that you can not see as part of larger groups. Good service and good standard.

Krakow - Myself and my husband Sean visited Auschwitz on 7th of March 2025 .. We were lifted from our hotel by private transfer with a lovely man called Pablo.. from start to finish he was fantastic 👏 told us all we needed to know .. had lemonade and waters on arrival and when we got collected at the end of our tour Pablo had pizza and a beer waiting for us . First class service and would highly recommend this service .. We plan to return to krakow later this year and will definitely be using this service and hopefully meet Pablo again for another great service on visiting more places 😀

Auschwitz experience and our driver Paul. - The whole trip was a great experience and very interesting to learn about. I want to say how good our driver Paul was throughout the entirety of the trip. He was very thoughtful and took care of me and my partner throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend going on this trip.

A moving, interesting and thought provoking day. - The whole trip was excellent. Our driver (Pavel?) came exactly on time and the car was lovely. He showed us a film about Auschwitz which was a great idea. He explained everything that would happen and he was friendly and welcoming. The guide we had (Chris) was excellent and the overall experience very moving. Lunch was absolutely delicious - wish we'd had more time to enjoy it! A thoroughly interesting and enjoyable. We would strongly recommend this particular tour to anyone. Something very emotive about visiting on a very cold day too.

Worth every nickel!! Excellent!!! - Excellent service the entire day! Pawel was fantastic and gave us the insight scoop on the day. Our guide on the tour was one of the best we have ever toured with… we did the 6 hour walking tour and saw most everything and she told stories about what we were seeing that made it moving and personal.
