A first class tour - Trip was very efficient and kept to time.
Daniel a very helpful driver and made sure we got to the right places. Good value for money and the packed lunch was good with plenty of it!

Confusing beginning, great tour - The experience of tour Auschwitz was amazing and somthing I had to do being so close to there however the meeting point and phone contact of the people at the meeting point was chaotic and confusing. I'm glad I bumped into someone else looki g for the same group I was or I would probably have lost out on my tour all together. I'm just greatful it all worked out. May I suggest meeting at a specific point like in front of the bathrooms or something like that with a sign that says "Comfort tours" so there is less confusion gor future events.

Bad Communication - There was no time assigned whenever I booked my tour. I received a text message just hours before the tour that stated I needed to be there at 9:00 which I couldn’t make. I ended up going with a Spanish tour that I didn’t understand. Long story short they made $55 and I didn’t get an English tour guide.

Tour did not exist - Booked this tour with GetYourGuide. Paid €152 for two adults to have fast track tickets and guided tour around Auschwitz-Birkenau. Received information through WhatsApp saying to meet at the museum at 9:45am. When we arrived by 1.5 hour taxi, a lovely man met us and explained that said tour began at 7:30am and was fully booked out. We were confused as we received the message with a different time. We were very disappointed to realise this and the man paid for our tickets to join the next tour which was in German. Unfortunately this did not give us the full experience as we are not German speakers, therefore we did not understand any of the tour guides stories. However, the man who greeted us tried his best to help. The same cannot be said for the man who sent us the incorrect message. Later this day he requested that we pay for those new tickets and thankfully GetYourGuide agreed to refund us for the originals. I hope in the future that no tickets will be sold to tourists for a tour that is already “booked out”.

Complete Scam - zero added value - This is a complete scam. Booked an English tour and was met by a man who essentially went up to the ticket booth to buy my son and I a guided tour for a third of the price that we paid, something I could have done my self.
There were no English tours available at 9.00 and was told we would have to wait until 14.30 for one or take a tour in Polish to gain earlier entry.
Terrible feeling of being ripped off.
Do not use this tour. There is ZERO added value.

Very very not what was booked - Absolutely horrendous! Was told being picked up at 8am,then text night befor changed to 6am, pre booked english interpretation,got picked up got there at 715am to find out no tickets was brought after they taken our money, had to wait in the freezing cold in the extra long que for 2 and half hours to find out there wasn't a english speaker and go on a German tour!!! Didn't understand or get the experience we paid £160 for, don't bother with these

TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY! - This tour operator is not reliable! They require advance payment and with any excuse, changing the meeting time without warning, they do not respect the appointment and disappear. After contacting them several times, they told me they could refund the ticket to keep me happy, but after a week this has not happened yet. Terrible experience! TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY! OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE MONEY WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING!

SCAM - selling tickets they don’t have - HUGE MISTAKE using this company. Booked tickets. Received confirmation and provided additional information as they requested. Was told to be at Auschwitz at 9:45am. No one at the spot and no tickets. Damian Fort, the owner made all sorts of excuses about unforeseen circumstances. We have a plane out tonight, having brought our teenagers from the US to see this very important part of our heritage and now may not be able to do it because of this company.

Very bad organization - We booked a tour and received a confirmation that we had to be present at 10.10am. No one was present at the time. A number of times called the number which was in the confirmation which was hung each time. After a whatsapp we were called back that the Guide would come. Waited at least 45 minutes for the Guide who told us that the tour was cancelled for us, since he was still booked for a second group. We had to wait in line to buy a ticket ourselves. No, we do not recommend this organization.
