Great tour! - Great day!
The tour was amazing.
Maciej was our driver, he was waiting for us outside of our accommodation with a sign.
He was very polite, cheerful and thoughtful.
Once we arrived in Auschwitz our guide was waiting for us. We joined the group and started the tour.
Afterwards, our guide took us to Birkenau, where we ended the tour and drove back to Warsaw.
It was a very emotional day and it's totally worth visiting.

Unforgettable Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour Experience - I had an incredible experience on this tour that exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, Maciej was fantastic—he arrived promptly at my hotel at 8:00 AM and was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the day. The drive was about 3.5 hours, but Maciej was more than happy to make stops for coffee, food, and restrooms, ensuring a comfortable journey.
When we arrived at Auschwitz-Birkenau, Maciej introduced us to our tour guide, who did an excellent job of explaining the history and significance of the site. The tour itself was deeply moving and emotional, offering an impactful and thorough experience of both camps, which took about three hours. The tour was arranged with a tour group of about 20 people.
On the way back, Maciej suggested a great restaurant for a meal, and before I knew it, I was being dropped off back at my hotel around 8:00 PM.
I would highly recommend Maciej and this tour to anyone—it's an experience that I'll never forget, and I would certainly share it with my family and friends.

Excellent driver and tour - An excellent excursion. Maciej our driver was punctual, polite, very helpful with directions was happy to stop on the journey when ever he was asked to. He pointed out where we need to meet our guides and where to be collected too.
The tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau was respectful and informative the guide was excellent in her knowledge and in answering all of our questions.

Sad day at the historical site, great tour, amazing driver! Will definitely be returning. - Maciej was my driver today, he was extremely friendly and accommodating, stopping by for drinks and toilets along the way to Auschwitz. When I arrived at the site, I joined a larger group of visitors led by Royal Tours, who did a fantastic job guiding us through the sites, with stories of victims and crimes conducted in Auschwitz. As the tour guide mentioned, it takes two days for the tour, one to visit the site, and one more day to contemplate and recover from the sorrows. It is different to read from books than to step on the site of history. It is a must-see for those who are visiting Poland.

Solis - Exceptional service by do dedicated driver who ensured comfort along the journey to our tour. This included plenty of stops as well as pointing out some sights along the way in our comfortable ride. Once arrived to tour center for camp tour, merged with larger group for walking tour. Tourist a great overview of the sights and points out all of the highlights with a local guide.

Great Tour - This was our first trip to Poland, and visiting Auschwitz was a priority for us to pay homage to the victims. We debated whether to join a group tour using trains and buses or opt for a private car tour. Ultimately, we chose the private tour, and it proved to be a wise decision. We avoided the stress of rushing to catch early morning trains and buses. The tour was splendid and comfortable. Our driver was courteous and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this tour; it was worth every penny spent.

Emotional, moving day, but glad we made it. - Our driver, Maceij, was wonderful. A very safe driver, and loaded with information. He stopped when we needed him to stop, but always kept to the schedule. The tour was extremely emotional, as we knew it would be, but everyone needs to see the camps and know their history. We highly recommend this tour and driver.

Emotional Day - Our visit to Auschwitz/Birkenau has elicited a profoundly emotional response, prompting a wide range of feelings. I am finding it challenging to process my emotions, which encompass confusion, sadness, anger, and distress. The evidence of the atrocities perpetrated at Auschwitz/Birkenau is compelling, yet it remains difficult to fully comprehend the extent of the horrors inflicted upon the victims. It is deeply disturbing to recognize that there are individuals who refuse to acknowledge the occurrence of these atrocities and that, as human beings, we have not sufficiently learned from these experiences.
Although our driver to Auschwitz, Majeic, was wonderful, our guide through Auschwitz left a lot to be desired. I’m not even sure the name of our guide, as he was not very personable. I think we would have had a must better tour if our driver, Majeic, had conducted the tour rather than the Auschwitz required guide. After a long wait to enter, our guide walked quickly, often leaving behind members of the group. It would have been very helpful to have an introductory video prior to starting the tour to give us a sense of the upcoming experience. Auschwitz was very crowded and it was most difficult to keep up with our guide without him using a flag/umbrella for us to follow. He really did not respond to questions from the group and did not pay attention to the dynamics if the group. Because it was snowing, it was very difficult for the group to stay together. The guide was knowledgeable and shared personal relationships about lol prisoners in the camp, our visit was marred by his lack of attention to the group. After leaving, our driver, Majeic took us to a fantastic restaurant for a meal that was most enjoyable. He was delightful and made a very emotional day palatable.
