Impeccable service - 10/10 recommend - A colleague and I took a private tour with Alicja and I would highly recommend her service. She was on time, professional and really knowledgeable about the area and its history. We had a lot of questions for her and she answered them all in great detail and enthusiasm. She also brought us snacks and took us to a cafe where she recommended local specialties which we very much appreciated. She also added stops to the tour that we asked for and you can easily work with her to modify what you'd like to see and where you'd like to spend time. We picked up a number of books at the bookstore in Auschwitz-Birkenau which she recommended and they've been excellent (and would have been hard to find at home). Wonderful, though understandably difficult visit and I've already recommended her to a friend who will be in Krakow in August.

Just the best. - Let me just start by saying that Alicja is simply amazing - she took care of every small detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable every step of the way . We did Auschwitz-Birkenau on a 6 Hour private guided tour with a “bite of Krakow” thrown in by Alicja afterwards - and everything she planned out for us for just outstanding. If you are visiting Krakow and looking for a guide, she would be the only option in my book.

VIP Treatment in Krakow - Alicja at Krakow4you was fantastic! We first met her with our private tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents. She is so personable, friendly and caring. We hired her to take us the next day to my Great Grandmothers village when she was a young girl. Even on short notice, Alicja had found a small museum to visit to see furnishings, tools and clothing that would from that time period. She also managed to let us talk to the priest of the local Catholic church. He offered to search for family records. She drove us around the village and let us walk around. It was amazing to know we were in the same village as my Great Grandmother, even though decades apart. Alicja made it very clear that she was there for us, anything we needed, just ask. We can't say enough good things about her and our time with her.

Krakow, Auschwitz | Such a Great Tour - What a great experience! Alicja picked us up at the hotel in the morning and took the entire day explaining European history, WWII, Auschwitz I and II and then to Krakow for history and food. She supplied snacks and water as well. It was absolutely incredible how much she knows down to the exact date, and reasons for historical occurrence. We got to know her as an individual too, she is very intelligent and speaks several languages from Polish, Russian, English, and Spanish (probably some more I don't know about as well). She can drive around Poland for hours and tell you anything. Book a tour, tell her what you want to see, and then get ready to learn!

Alicja made our day! - We had a wonderful time with Alicja! She is a powerwoman! Thanks to her advice of leaving as early as possible (for us 6.30 am) we arrived at Auschwitz before the big crowds. During the drive we got an extensive history lesson ;) about Poland, communisme, the end of communism etc. Alicja is so knowledgeable about Polands history, unbelievable! She handed us over to a guide from Auschwitz as private guides are not allowed to do tours at the concentration camp. Evelyn was ok but you felt that this was a job for her, we got headphones to hear her better, which turned out to be good. Although she was our private guide for the three of us, she kept on walking talking through the headset, and it felt kind of listening to someone reading a book, detached, which was a pity because I don’t think you can talk about Auschwitz and what happened there in a monotonous tone. But this wasn’t Alicjas fault of course, you get a guide, you cannot choose one. After the tours in Auschwitz and Birkenau Alicja took us to a wonderful restaurant for a polish lunch and explained what we were eating, how things were made, why they are important in Poland. After lunch, she took us to the old Jewish quarter of Krakow where we did a 1,5 hour tour. Very nice neighborhood! All in all we had a great time with Alicja and we can only recommend her for this trip!

Highly Recommended - We went with Alicja ( in a very comfortable car) to Auschwitz-Birkenau, the Salt Mines and the Jewish Quarters. Alicja is very knowledgeable and passionate about her country and the history. She knows a lot more then just some guide and she treated us like VIPS!! It is not the question if we go back but when we go back! And we will certainly call Alicja.

I will never forget - A childhood friend and I decided to make the trip to Auschwitz. We came to Kraków for three day specifically to see this dark period in history. I had studied human genocide in some classes in university but nothing can prepare you no matter how much you think you already know. Alicja picked us up from our hotel and our journey began. There’s so much I didn’t know, so much to take in, and so much to think about. Alicia was amazing. She knew so much and answered so many questions... she was so honest and so warm as a person. It can be overwhelming at times and She was the perfect person to head our tour. I can not recommend this enough. I will be back with my stepkids when they’re a bit older. And I will be contacting this company and requesting her again. Thank you for being apart of this emotional day.

Look Absolutely No Further - This tour has it all: Premium transportation to all attractions. The guide was local, extremely knowledgeable, had intimate knowledge of the area and was very personable. Not mono-toned and overly rehearsed like so many other tours. The lunch provided was at a old traditional and unique restaurant. Fantastic. What I liked so much about this tour was the guide was no a clock watcher. We were given ample time to view all the venues. It was almost like the tour was designed around our wants and needs. In addition, there were some other little tid-bits added, that were not on the listing, but I won’t ruin it and tell you about them. Over all, this tour is everything you would expect and much much more......

knowledgeable and great tour guide - We were a party of 8 and booked Alicja to take us on a VIP tour of Auschwitz, Birkenau and a guided tour around the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Alicja picked us up in an air-conditioned minivan, and had water and snacks available. The tours around the camps were made with a private tour guide whom Alicja booked for us. She was very knowledgable and passionate about the story behind the camps. After the camps we traveled back to Krakow, nothing was too much trouble and we made an unscheduled stop back at the hotel to change, before heading to the Jewish quarter where we took a walking tour around the town. The day was excellently planned and I would definitely recommend booking Alicja for your tours.
