Highly recommended - Really nice driver, we had Sebastian. Efficient and polite. In my opinion everyone should visit Auschwitz and see the history behind this place.

Must see. Worth it if you can front the cash - Booked last minute, and so while this tour was full, they were able to upgrade me to add Krakow for free! Highly recommend as the drivers and guides we very knowledgeable. Only complaint was that my lunch was kinda overcooked (I got the pork chop).

Visit to Auschwitz from Warsaw - There are many important lessons from history, and about humanity, that you will learn from making this trip from Warsaw. However, it is a long drive (but longer even by train) so be prepared to leave early in the morning from downtown Warsaw (5 or 6 am) which will get you there at the opening of the Auschwitz tour which are organized by language at specific times starting at 0900. My one criticism would be that you will not be guaranteed tickets by the travel agency when book thru TripAdvisor ... your reservation with the operator is confirmed but they still have to book tickets for you at the museum separately. We were told just the night before (after the cancellation period) that we did not have tickets reserved and that we might not get inside after driving 3 hours - you can imagine this led to some stress overnight. But we took the risk and drove for three hours at 0500 and they were 5 tickets available when we arrived at 0845 for the 0900 tour. Honestly, if we had not gotten those tickets, my review would have been 1 star at best but we did get the tickets and our driver, Peter, was very nice and helpful which is why this is a 5-star review.

The driver Yadek is incredible - The driver Yasek "Jacinto" as he told us, is very friendly and charming, very attentive, very happy. And he told us things on the way to the excursion. Everything very well organized.

Must do tour in Poland - Probably the most important tour to do when visiting Poland - so much to learn and see. Our driver (Mikoaj) was a safe driver and organised the meeting with our tour guide. The lunch was delicious.

Concentration camp tour. - The concentration camp tour looks like a business. The Guide speaks at a speed never seen before, the ones in the back rush, there is no time to look or reflect. I don't recommend it. Better to tour other less famous fields where there is more time.

Pricey for what offers - The tour is pricey for what offers. We left the hotel at 5:35 am and took 4 hours to get to the camp. There we have to wait 1 more hour to start of our tour (the operator buy the tickets only once we are there, so we have to wait the next group available).
Also, contrary from what I thought, the tour guide is not from the operator, instead from the museum. It is good because they are locals and well prepared, but you don’t need to pay more for it. Just buy the tour from the museum. And the group was not small at all, it was the standard museum group of 30 people. We ended up having the same tour of everyone else.
After the visit, we had lunch, which it was a nice surprise. Good food from a local restaurant. And then, more 1 hour and a half to get to Krakow, where we stayed only 1 hour (without tour guide) before getting back to Warsaw.
Overall, the operator was responsible for only the transfer, which being really honest, it would be better to have made it by train due to no traffic.
My recommendation is to book directly on the museum website, since the tour guide is from the museum, and go by train. It would have taken 2:36h instead of 4h. It will be much cheaper and faster.
Regrets of paid $800 for 2 people, since I could have paid around $250 (42 for train + 25 for the guided tour + 25 lunch). In the end of the day, you 550 more for a car ride that takes longer than the train and a small lunch. In my opinion, it is not worthy.
Anyway, always learning.
