Great service from mrshuttle - Booked online from UK, we used mrshuttle for our transfers between our apartment and airport and also booked the aushwitz and salt mine trip with them. When we arrived at the airport our driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on and took us straight to our apartment. The trips went perfect and picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment. The journey back to the airport was on time and every driver we had was excellent. Must do Krakow trips - Booked the 2 day packages Auschwitz Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine trip with Mr Shuttle. Excellent service. Pick up at the hotel , drivers on time both days. Comfortable vehicles. Superb guides each day . Highly recommend this company . A bonus nice packed lunch included after our Auschwitz/ Birkenau trip !

Brilliant shuttle service - Fantastic firm - as well as trips to the salt mine & Auschwitz also used shuttle service to / from airport. Received a text the night before tours confirming times, picked up promptly in very clean vehicles with friendly drivers. Would recommend.

Must see trips when visiting Kraków - Excellent communication throughout, drivers on both days explained the trip and answered any questions. Auschwitz trip could have been longer, didn’t see all of both camps, but they are huge! Salt mine is amazing and worth the trip,

Auschwitz & Salt Mines must be done - We booked a two day trip with trip advisor for the above mentioned tours, the only problem we had was we didnt receive the pick up times until the morning we were going because of the problem with wi-fi so we found out our pick up time was later than expected after we had left our apartment and was waiting for the driver. Apart from that the driver turned up more or less on time (the correct time) and Auschwitz is a place everyone should visit you cant understand the horror that the jews and prisoners experienced until you walk around and see the camp it is heart wrenching. Our guide was amazing she was emotional when explaining things and answered questions the way they run the tour is amazing where through your headphones you can here the tour guide so you heard everything she had to say. Please go here if you have a chance. The Salt Mines were also an amazing trip again the guide was very informal and the same system was used. There are alot of steps to climb down but it is done in stages and there is a lift to take you back up, aparantly we were the depth of the size of the Eiffel Tower. This is another trip I wouldnt miss on a visit to Krakow

Great experience, went too fast. - The experience itself was the most memorable, but I wish that both the Auschwitz and mine tours went slower.

Unacceptable policy - Unfortunately we made a mistake during the booking and declared wrong day. We asked them if they could change it for us and they told us that it is not possible. I find it unacceptable that in such a difficult period we are all going through there is no flexibility and there should not be even a small refund!
