Great experience with Mr.Darius - We were a family of 6 adults from India. We feel truly blessed to have a guide like Mr.Darius. He took us to his secret places in Cotswold that were unbelievable sites of nature. He customised our tour according to our comfort and preference.

Great Day Trip!!! - Great day trip from London. Our guide was very friendly and was willing to stop/make detours for us during our trip. Would definitely recommend this tour for London travelers!

David Stubbs is the best private custom-made tour guide there is! - David Stubbs from London Country Tours truly made our day trip to Cotswolds absolutely PERFECT! My friend and I wanted to see so much but also have time to explore and we were overwhelmed with choices when we first began our research. Through reviews I stumbled upon David Stubbs and decided to go for a private tour guide complete with door-to-door transportation! He helped tailor our trip and gave us plenty of time in each town. He also guided us to great recommendations for drinks and shopping and even made us lunch reservations! We didn’t have a worry in the world as he thought of everything! We never felt rushed and we got everything we wanted! He even squeezed in Oxford which wasn’t planned and it made the trip even better! We loved our experience and highly highly highly recommend EVERYONE to find this man and make him your forever guide! Thank you David Stubbs!!!! We will never forget you and your kindness! And we loved the pie you gifted us! 😋 such a sweet treat!

Wonderful Day in the Cotswolds - My group of 3 loved our day in the Cotswolds with Peter as our guide. He lead us through the highlights of Oxford on the way to various villages, suggesting a quaint pub for our lunch along the way. We particularly appreciated that Peter was willing to engage in conversation about current events and answer our many questions about the UK, British Isles, geography and governance. As our visit was during the official mourning period for Queen Elizabeth, it was kind of him to provide thoughtful perspective to this piece of his country's history--an added dimension that surely would have been lacking on a big group tour. Thank you, Peter, for a memorable experience!

Cotswolds day tour - We did a whirlwind tour of Paris, Amsterdam, London, and the Cotswolds. I particular, we arranged with London Country Tours to do the Cotswolds. David was great. It was a high point of our vacation. 5 stars all the way.

The Cotswolds - We did a private tour with Peter to The Cotswolds. He was a wealth of knowledge at each destination. Very patient and kind man and we were never rushed. Picked up exactly on time at our hotel. I would not hesitate to do More tours with this company in the future.

Cotswold Tour - Be Flexible - Kesh (Mukesh) our driver was great at adapting to the day. Its 84 miles from central London to the Cotswold's. Imagine trying to get from Midtown NYC to way out in the Hamptons, visit three or four towns, and back in one day. If traffic is perfect, no problem. We didn't have perfect traffic but Kesh, adapted. Unfortunately, there was a tragic accident on the highway and we sat for quite a while then we were directed off onto country roads which is what was eventually going to happen anyway. We saw a few quaint towns. We didn't see any of Oxford. We didn't see the palace. We didn't get tea and scones at the end. Kesh, was a hero. Kesh found an amazing place where we had a spectacular lunch! I cannot be as kind to the tour company. I asked for a partial refund because I felt that truthfully, it would have been difficult to actually see all three areas in one day. The tour company was less than accommodating and at times during our discussion, less than professional in my opinion. "Disgusting" was the term they used describing my request for a refund. Kesh and I had however established a connection on WhatsApp and we kept our relationship friendly. He understood that my request had nothing to do with his service. So no refund. So be flexible. This can be a great experience but its a busy area and traffic can be challenging. Kesh, is a professional with a beautiful Mercedes van and as he put it to us when he picked us up, "dont worry, I know my way around"

Be careful the driver had no idea where he was going or what we were supposed to see - We booked this tour as we thought it was a convenient way to see three places when we had limited time. It started nicely enough with the provide calling to wish us a lovely day. I thought well that was nice. Thats where it all ended as the filthiest car showed up. It was just some guys private vehicle which he never cleans and obviously transports his kids in who make a huge mess in the car. I sat in the front seat, and he first had to remove baby changing cloths from the front seat. The seat was heavily stained, so I had to wipe it down with an antibacterial wipe. Then my sister and brother-in-law had to do the same in the back seats which were covered in filth and garbage. It gets worse the driver had no idea where we were going, we had to tell him what the tour involved. He put 'Cotswolds' in the GPS, and I should have told him a village and so we drove and drove on smaller and smaller roads until I made him stop and admit he was lost. Finally, we found two cyclists and I asked how we could get to Burton on the Water. We got there late morning with just enough time to quickly walk around and have a cup of tea in a riverside cafe. This made us late for Oxford where again he wasn't sure where we were going so I got him to drop us off and we had just over an hour there to look at a few things before going on to Blenheim. The driver was genuinely surprised by the facts i was imparting to my family about the Palace and the Family. You really would think if they were offering tours the people would have some knowledge of where they were taking you. It was clear this guy had never been to these places nor knew much about them. The provider of this tour just farms you out to any poor sod with a car that needs money for driving people around. This was not a professional offering at all as there is no quality control over it, I cannot recommend this at all.

Car service rather than an actual tour - Had a lovely day in the Cotswolds/Blenheim Palace and Oxford and the driver was pleasant but it was just a car service and not an actual tour. We did not learn anything about the area from our driver.
