16:00 : Arrival at the cooking school and organic garden tour
16:30 : Cooking session followed by meal enjoyment
19:30 : Conclusion of the course.
20:00 : Return to the hotel
Participants will explore a Local Market & Our organic garden to gain insights into Thai culinary ingredients. Subsequently, they will engage in a cooking workshop at the school, with the opportunity to savor their own creations in a Chiang Mai-style dining area equipped with air conditioning or in an open-air Thai Pavilion surrounded by a picturesque garden.
Each participant can select one dish from each of the following six categories: Appetizer, Curry Paste, Curry, Stir Fry, Soup, and Dessert.
We offer alternatives for different types of meat, levels of spiciness, and dietary preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options. Please communicate your menu preferences to our staff on the day of the course.
