If you’re staying far from Patong, your pick-up time might be earlier, or around 8:30 AM if you’re in Karon or Kata. Join us for pick-up or we will start our tours from here, picking up other guests around Patong to visit Karon View Point. We will also pick up guests at Kata and Karon. Travel time to Karon View Point is 30-60 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Please note that our schedule may vary due to traffic.
• Karon Viewpoint - 9:00 AM (Morning Tours) / 2:00 PM (Afternoon Tours): Depart from your hotel to visit Karon View Point. Enjoy the panoramic view from the top of the hill, with sights of Kata Noi, Karon beaches, and Kata Yai. Locally known as Khao Saam Haad, meaning Three Beaches Hill, Karon Viewpoint is the most photographed spot in Phuket, featuring a stunning vista of the blue sea, white surf, sandy beaches, the nearby island Koh Pu, and the lush green hills of Phuket. Karon Viewpoint is a must-visit in Phuket. Next, we will visit Big Buddha, an iconic attraction in Phuket. Travel time may vary from 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.
• Big Buddha Phuket - The Big Buddha Temple has experienced a landslide and is not advisable to visit up close, but we can still view Big Buddha from a distance. The landslide damage is expected to be repaired by September. 10:00 AM (Morning Tours) / 3:00 PM (Afternoon Tours): Big Buddha Phuket is one of the island’s most important and revered landmarks. The massive statue sits atop the Nakkerd Hills between Chalong and Kata and, at 45 meters tall, can be seen from as far away as Phuket Town and Karon Beach.
• Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) - 11:00 AM (Morning Tours) / 4:00 PM (Afternoon Tours): Visit Wat Chalong, Phuket’s most beautiful and renowned monastery. It houses the gilt statues of monk-hero Luang Pho Chaem and his assistant Luang Pho Chuang, both highly revered by locals for their roles in quelling the miner rebellion in 1876. Next, we will visit the Cashew Nut Factory to experience local cashew nut farming, which will take 15 minutes.
• Old Phuket Town - 12:15 PM (Morning Tours) / 5:15 PM (Afternoon Tours): Explore the Sino-Portuguese town of Old Phuket Town. Discover the Baba community’s heritage in its architecture, commerce, clothing, and lifestyle. The heart of Old Town consists of five main roads and several small streets: Rasada Rd, Phang Nga Rd, Thalang Rd, Dibuk Rd, and Krabi Rd. You can have lunch here, and we will then return you to your pick-up locations. Get ready to enjoy some food.
• Phuket Sandbox By Sun Leisure World - 1:15 PM (Morning Tours) / 6:15 PM (Afternoon Tours): We will return to our starting point in about 45-60 minutes. Guests staying in Old Town Phuket will be dropped off first, followed by those in Karon and Kata, and finally, Patong and our office meeting point. Depending on your location, you will be dropped off at your hotel with wonderful memories and a rich history of Phuket. See you again for another experience. Please note that our schedule may vary due to traffic.

As the tour name suggests this is an ideal opportunity to familiarize yourself with your holiday island and take in the islands natural beauty as we drive along the beach roads through Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai. For fabulous photo opportunities we will stop at the Karon viewpoint and cultural sights such as the sacred buddhist temple of Phuket Wat Chalong.
