We are thrilled to present two variations of this tour, each showcasing different aspects of the beautiful Anton Valley. On the day of your tour, please inform your guide of your preferred option.

Option A:
India Dormida hike AND select one activity from Golden Frog Sanctuary (closed on Wednesdays), Nispero Zoo & Botanical Garden, or Artisan Market

Option B:
Shorter hike to Petroglyphs and Waterfalls, Artisan Market AND select one activity from Golden Frog Sanctuary (closed on Wednesdays), Nispero Zoo & Botanical Garden

• India Dormida - Experience the India Dormida hike, a scenic trail offering stunning views of the surrounding valley. The hike is moderately challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. Discover the legend of the “sleeping Indian” and the area’s cultural importance.
• El Nispero Zoo and Botanical Garden - Meet a variety of native wildlife, including sloths, jaguars, and exotic birds. Wander through the lush botanical garden, home to vibrant orchids and native plants.

Start your journey with a hotel pickup and a picturesque drive to Anton, where your guide will provide fascinating insights about the area. Select your tour option:

Option A: Hike the India Dormida trail, then visit either the Golden Frog Sanctuary (closed on Wednesdays), Nispero Zoo & Botanical Garden, or the Artisan Market.

Option B: Take a shorter hike to the Petroglyphs and Waterfalls, visit the Artisan Market, and choose one activity from the Golden Frog Sanctuary (closed on Wednesdays) or Nispero Zoo & Botanical Garden.

Upon reaching Anton Valley, begin your exploration and select your morning activity. Hike the India Dormida trail for breathtaking valley views and discover the “Sleeping Indian” legend, or opt for a shorter hike to the petroglyphs and waterfalls, with an optional swim. Afterward, visit the Artisan Market for unique local crafts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the Golden Frog Sanctuary or Nispero Zoo & Botanical Garden, or return to the Artisan Market.
