Excellent package - Excellent package and nice combination of wine tasting and cheese and end on the safari
Aquila big5 is very beautiful and having differents animals like zebra, lion, and others
I will recommend this tours is the best

Cape Town to Aquila Safari Experience - Abel our personal tour guide was absolutely amazing. He arrived at our hotel on time got us to and from our destination safe and sound. I definitely recommend this service and ask for Abel he will keep you entertained.

Near safari - Aquila game reserve is the best safari so far in Cape town which is closed to Cape town , I saw a lot animals and enjoying the safari

An Experience - This excursion was definitely a 10/10 experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. I was a little nervous at first, but I felt very comfortable once Abel, our tour guide, assured us that everything would be okay. I read the full description of the tour; however, I disagree with having to pay $163.38 upfront, followed by an additional $107 per person when the tour guide picks us up. It would be better if everything were combined into one total. The wine tasting and food topped off the experience. Overall, we had a great time! This was definitely an experience.

Best safari - Best safari in capetown
I enjoyed the safari 2 hours from cape town, we had a stop at fairview for wine tasting which was fantastic.

Please read tour details carefully - The day was a good one. Started with visit to winery for tasting then to the Safari. Be prepared for a long drive. Richard was great. The Aquilla Safari is one where the animals are segregated so there isnt much mingling and it seems a bit unnatural but we saw Zebras, Elephants, lions, Elans, giraffes and White Rhinos. Please read details for this tour. The entry fee was not included and that provides lunch but I believe the tour details said the fee included lunch. Basically your just paying for the long drive and visit to winery if you choose to go. Fee for Safari should be part of the tour. We enjoyed Richard's company and info shared. He was prompt. Set expectations for the day appropriately.

Bad experience and request for refund - I am writing to formally request a full refund for the safari tour I booked through TripAdvisor/Viator on [06 February 2025], costing $323.80.
When I initially attempted to make the booking, the payment got stuck, prompting me to call your helpline at (+1 702 648 5873). I spoke to a representative (Hazel) who not only assisted with the payment but also clearly explained that the booking included a full-day safari and lunch. After the payment was successfully processed, I received a confirmation for the tour.
However, to my shock and disappointment, when my friends arrived at Aquila, they were stopped by the tour operators and asked to pay an additional 3500 ZAR. It was only then that we discovered that the amount I paid only covered wine and transport—without the actual safari tour.
This serious miscommunication and misinformation completely ruined their plans, leaving them with no choice but to leave without experiencing the safari they had anticipated.
Such a lack of clarity and misguidance from a reputable platform like Viator/TripAdvisor is unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Given that we were unable to avail of the tour as expected, I strongly urge you to issue a full refund for the amount paid.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution at the earliest. Please confirm the refund process at your earliest convenience.
