Lots of wine, history and beautiful scenery - Really great tour. We were one of 5 couples in the group which was a nice size. The itinerary was well designed… it managed to fit in opportunities to taste up to 14 wines, cheese and chocolate pairings, plus opportunities to see barrel rooms, two walks and a nice lunch without feeling rushed. The region is very historic and stunningly beautiful… so if you can opt for a clear day you will be rewarded with lovely views. If you are not in to wine you can still do the pairings with juices and enjoy the great lunch. Great value for the cost.

Great wine, great views! - The tour was fantastic and we had a great tour guide Basil who was knowledgeable and helpful and a great personality. The wine and locations were amazing and recommend during more tours with then in the future!

Delightful Tastings - Full day tour of wine region with tastings in Paarl and Franschhoek, and self guided tours of business districts of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. The parings are generous and paired with either cheese or chocolate. The towns and countryside are beautiful. It was a delightful day.

One definitely not to miss! - Brilliant from start to finish. Our tour guide Basil was fantastic, we cannot praise him highly enough & he is an asset to his company - he gave great commentary on the minibus, organised everything and everyone & was patient and helpful. The two vineyard tastings were superb, lunch was excellent (if you want to see the wine tram up close but not go on it this is the trip for you). We came away feeling we had seen and done everything and more that we wanted to on this trip. Highly recommend this trip.

An excellent wine tour - We booked the tour from our cruise ship en route to Cape Town. The guide/driver picked us up at a newly agreed upon meeting point after which we picked up the other guests at various meeting points in Cape Town which became an extra tour for us so that we could get an idea of the different neighborhoods of Cape Town. The guide clearly explained the different wineries and the wine tastings were excellent. The lunch at Franschhoek was excellent. Afterwards we were neatly dropped off at the Cape Town Cruise Terminal.

Wonderful Wine Tour - Picked up from the port and had a fantastic day with Marinus, who was an excellent driver/guide and wine expert! First stop was a lovely wine and cheese tasting followed by a delicious lunch at the next vineyard. Afterwards we had some free time to explore Franschhoek. Our final stop was another lovely winery with chocolate and wine pairings. All tastings were great - enjoyed it all. Highly recommend this tour.

Nice outing with plenty of wine! - We went to three different wineries in Frankboesch with only a 20 minute “stroll” on our own up and down one street in Stellenbosch as the last activity on this tour . Driver’s English was good and he was very courteous. Lunch with wine was good but table service was slow. Cheese and chocolate pairings at the other two wineries was outstanding.
