Säveån with the toad boat - Can really recommend this boat tour Säveån. The guide Bjarne was incredibly good. With its knowledge and professionalism, this tour was magical. Fun with some Gothenburg humor is a plus. Thanks also mate.

Interesting tour with knowledge staff and a way to discover Gothenburg. - Being a tourist in your own city is something you should do more often. We went on this tour on säveån the last day in July. Our Guide Harald was very good at his job and Thomas who piloted the boat had an eye on the boat and had good cooperation with Harald. Highly recommend this tour, try to spot a day with good weather.

Perfect for sea canals and city - Take the 50-minute route, in Swedish and English. A breathtaking view of Gothenburg and all its monuments. The tour also runs over the sea to the Lipstick building.

Don’t take the 2 hour tour. - We took the 2 hour tour and that was a mistake. The 50 minute tour stays in the downtown area. Our tour went up a tributary creek 30 minutes in and 30 minutes out the same way. It’s basically a swamp up there with lots of junked boats and shacks. It’s right out of Deliverance but this time you take it in the rear with a big waste of time and cheap plastic seats on the boat. Take the shorter tour and spend your time in the city.

Do something else - The first 10-15 minutes were fine as we were in the city ducking under bridges as we went due to the high water. The guide was wonderful but there wasn't much interesting to see. It's an open-air boat so hope it doesn't rain.
