Secret Veneto - A unique experience, a journey between past and present filled with sweetness and enchantment. It all begins at the Portello, the small port on the Bacchiglione where Goethe and other poets once took the boat to Venice, to the sound of the bells of the small church of the Ognissanti. The Burcio Bello, the Burchiello of today, awaits you at the pier hidden among the tall grass of the shore, with all the comforts assured by modern times. But as soon as the anchor has been lifted, the present fades, we sail slowly along the disused ramparts of the old town of Padua, we slowly enter a secret world, made of green waves and foliage from which spring, here and there, the red flashes of oleanders in flower and the graceful contours of baroque villas half hidden behind willows on the shore. For a few you would hear the screams of the porters on the old Point of Sale of Dolo or a viola sound that plays for the delight of the Venetian ladies strutting on some ceremonial balcony! The atmosphere of “calm, luxury and voluptuousness” is accentuated with the descents into the villas decorated by the disciples of Tiepolo or by the master himself with landscape forces and columns in trompe l’oeil or in this porous stone characteristic of Venetian architecture. Thus, from lock to lock, we follow as privileged travelers, the river with gentle shores until the grand finale, the entry into the lagoon where the proud contours of Venice stand, the pearl of the Adriatic. A magical crossing, in short, largely rendered such by the vibrant voice of Silvia, our Guide, excellent narrator, passionate about local history, rigorously accurate in terms of artistic and technical details whose performance cannot be too appreciated.

Fantastic experience - The tour is very beautiful and interesting, from an artistic, historical, landscape point of view, etc. It is very well organized and lunch at the partner restaurant is also appreciable. The staff is friendly and helpful but the difference is Silvia, who is an exceptional Guide and has also fascinated my son (10 years) with his descriptions and narratives. Thank you!

Highly recommend - It was a nice way to travel to Venice. We enjoyed seeing the villas and the lunch was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to give commentary in both Italian and English. Because of this however, there were only a few times where we could sit and enjoy the cruise without constant commentary.

All perfect! - Wonderful villas and very beautiful and relaxing landscape. Absolutely perfect organization and extremely kind staff. However, I would like to make a special mention to the guide Silvia who stood out for her professionalism, competence, clarity of presentation, availability and also friendliness!

Burchiello discovering the Venetian villas... - Navigation on the Brenta was very pleasant, the captain and assistant were very attentive to the customer, but the masterful explanation of the excellent guide Silvia was fundamental to the success of the excursion. Silvia made this day discovering the Venetian villas truly special: punctual, detailed, with interesting and curious news, a true and great professional! A round of applause also to the other two guides Vanessa at Villa Pisani and Elsa in navigation, very good. Highly recommended!!!

A feast for the eyes - Visit to the 2 Venetian villas scheduled for the half day that we booked, professionalism, punctuality, competent guides, recommended lunch at the partner restaurant, having had more time we would have reached the end of the tour, in Venice, it will be for next time!!!! Absolutely worth the trip.

Excellent trip - Beautiful trip, well organized even if we had to use the bus for the first stage due to problems related to navigation. The work of the two guides was excellent, in particular Silvia's passion and clarity of presentation and involvement; His advice for landing in Venice was also very useful. Lunch proposed by the organization: impeccable. Highly recommended!!

A great emotion to experience at least once in your life! - Truly fantastic and unique experience. Traveling on the Brenta with the possibility of visiting the splendid Venetian villas and reaching Venice from the sea by landing through the Grand Canal near Piazza S. Marco is an emotion to experience at least once in your life! If you add the vision of a nature that you would never see traveling by car or train, you're done. You will be immersed in the fluvial nature of the Brenta river with a view of the typical fauna. The Venetian villas are worth a visit individually, seen in the context of a trip on the river they are even more beautiful and interesting, especially if the tour guide is very expert and friendly as in our case. The only flaw is the lunch which is not in line with everything else (evaluate the possibility, however foreseen, of having lunch in a location other than that proposed by the tour). Prices in line with the services offered (lunch separately!). Overall, however, an excellent experience to repeat and recommend even for large and smaller groups!
