A private transfer service is available between Padova city and Milano Malpensa airport (Terminal 1 or 2). Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one hand luggage.

DEPARTURE
Please provide a meeting point (such as a hotel, restaurant, museum, or address), a pick-up time, and your flight’s departure time. The driver will wait for 20 minutes at the meeting point from the agreed pick-up time. If there is no contact after this period, the driver will attempt to reach you to confirm whether to leave or wait longer (additional waiting time will incur a charge).

ARRIVAL
Please provide complete details of your arrival flight and the exact drop-off location (such as a hotel, restaurant, museum, or address). The driver will wait for 50 minutes from the official landing time of your flight. If there is no contact after this period, the driver will attempt to reach you to confirm whether to leave or wait longer (additional waiting time will incur a charge).

If there is no communication and no response, the service will be considered a “no show,” and the driver will leave the meeting point or airport.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, transfer protection can be arranged upon request, regardless of the actual arrival date and time (a protection fee will apply).
