Highlights
  • Italian Food Lab - Ciao!!! We will introduce each other and you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station.
    Let’s start!!! First of all you will make the original Bolognese sauce following Italian grandmothers’ recipe. You will peel and chop the vegetables, season the mince meat, prepare the tomato sauce and cook all together under the Chef instructions. While the sauce is simmering in the the frying-pan you will start “getting dirty” and make the dough with flours and eggs. Once the dough is ready we will stretch and cut it so as to create our Tagliatelle. After that we will place the pasta on a wooden board and put the water to boil to cook our pasta. Once we have cooked the pasta and mixed it with the sauce we will sit together and enjoy our home-made Italian pasta.
    Along the experience you will be offered unlimited wine and drinks so that you won’t be thirsty.
    At the end of the course you will receive a file containing all the instructions to prepare Tagliatelle Bolognese back home.

Join Chef Francesco, a connoisseur of Italian cuisine, for a fun-filled experience spread across a spectacular location amidst the heart of Padova city center.
Your journey kick-starts with chopping the essential vegetables for the Bolognese sauce, followed by whipping eggs into the flour and kneading the mix into a dough. Later, you get to roll out and slice the pasta, let it dry, and prepare for a feast. We conclude by gathering around the table to savour sumptuous food complemented with wine.
Our forte is in offering Italian culinary classes, private dining experiences, Italian cultural tours, and other Italian culinary services. Our vivacious chef, who has trained individuals worldwide, easily bonds with all participants.

Disappointed with Viator - We booked one day before and Viator acceped the activity and confirmed the paiement. When we arrived to the place for the activity, nobody was there, no news from anywone. We called Francesco and he said he was not informed about our appointement. So we lost our time and we are very disappoined with Viator.
