Fantastic Canyons’ trip - It was an amazing 2-day trip. Enough time to experience some of the must-dos in Grand Canyon such as Bright Angel and Mather Point. And perfect timing for the light beams in Antelope Canyon. More importantly, super friendly and professional guide!

well worth the money - It was one of the greatest tour I have ever had. I would say the experience was well worth the money. My tour guide for that day was pretty nice, he took good cares of us ensuring we had the best experience. The Lower Antelope Canyon must see once in a life! It is the real masterpiece.

had a great time there - I had a great time there. It was a unique and special experience to take Limousine to the Antelope Canyon, and my tour guide was professional and friendly. The scenery in the Antelope Valley is spectacular and amazing. I definitely will recommend this tour to my friends.

Both view of Antelope and... - Both view of Antelope and Horseshoe are magnificent. Breathe taking memories for the entire family. Left early from Las Vegas and came back just on time for dinner. We got a little crowded inside the van, and i wished we had enough room to move around.

It’s beautiful, the... - It’s beautiful, the agreement when you book the tour sound excellent , but they distribute to local contractor tour it’s hard and confusing and the pick up and drop off you need to pay for extra more money and etc. Not so clear and lots of confusion that everyone is complaining what’s going on.

We booked this tour... - We booked this tour because of added feature of Limo. The tour confirmed all the info including limo a day before. We were picked up from the designated location in a mini van, AC was not good, he gave us water which was warm and never mentioned that we won't be transferring in to limo as we were until we reached Paige which was almOst 4 hours drive and he tells us right before dropping us to Antelope canyon that Limo got in to an accident yday night and he will pay us back $15 each for the limo.
I was really upset and aggravated as booked the tour with them just because of Limo.
My kids were so excited to have the Limo experience and we ended up in the van only.
I want my money back .
The tour company has policy listed no refunds but the company failed to their description /services of the tour.
Spent almost $900 and it was a bummer.
I want my money back period.

He left us!!! Do NOT use this company! - Do NOT use this company (VIP Tours). We were at the specified location at the time we were told to be there. The guide texted 15 minutes before then and said “I’ll give you 5 minutes” then “I’m gonna leave you lady”. We had him on the phone and told him our exact location (which was where he texted us to meet him the night before), and he told us, on the phone, that he couldn’t see us so he was leaving us. We told him exactly where we were and he did not speak English well at all. So, we were exactly where we were supposed to be, at the time we were told to be there, had him on the phone, and he flat out said “I’m leaving you”. Emailed the company explaining the situation and requested a refund and they said “unfortunately at this time we are unable to give you a refund.” My husband and I travel a lot and we’ve been on many tours and we have NEVER experienced anything as terrible as this.
