A great experience in difficult circumstances! - The team were great and the tour was really amazing. We had to reschedule our visit due to some of the recent political turmoil but they handled it very professionally and had us rebooked soon after. The tour areas are busy and popular but the guide did a good job showing us around and letting us know about the sights. Highlight was the tunnel and of course, the observatory. Well worth doing if you visit the country.

Amazing thrill of an experience - Going inside the tunnel . Thrilling and exhausting. The short film was very touching. I admire Koreans to be able to survive the war and be a successful country of what they are now

Well done excursion - We arrived in Incheon, South Korea & disembarked a cruise. Although among the first off the ship, it took awhile to get through customs. Got a taxi to our hotel to drop off our bags (hotel was supposed to be 10 minutes from the port, but turned out to be 45 minutes). Fortunately the taxi stayed and took us into Seoul. We did not figure on heavy traffic (Friday morning at 9:00 am) or the distance between Incheon & Seoul. So that part of the trip took over an hour. I was in communication with Charles (our tour guide) throughout the "nail-biting" trip. We were going to be about 5 minutes late (10:05) for the scheduled 10 a.m. pick-up point. Charles called me and spoke to the taxi driver in Korean & told him where the next pick-up point was. We made it there with about 4 minutes to spare. Thanks to Charles' intervention we were able to go on this excursion. We so appreciated his helping us out or we would have missed the bus! Charles is a great guide. He's very informative about the history of the Korean War and the DMZ area. He shared a number of poignant stories about families who have been separated with some still living in North Korea. Each stop was interesting and provided more information about this thought provoking area of the world. The walk into & out of Tunnel 3 was a bit strenuous (we're in our 70's) but doable and worthwhile. We also liked seeing the Freedom Bridge and Dora Observatory where you can look out over to North Korea. There are no pictures allowed of North Korea but you get a view and idea of that part of the country. Overall, a very well done excursion. Many thanks to Charles who did an excellent job and to our driver (whose name I don't know) who chauffeured us safely to and from each site.
