What a great guide! - Felicity was such a wonderful guide - she made our day visiting the DMZ a day we will never forget. Felicity was so responsive to our needs as we were travelling as a family group, and my parents are elderly with some mobility challenges. Felicity looked after them so well! She knew so much about the area and the history. Thank you Felicity (and our wonderful driver Bae) for a wonderful day. Highly recommend!

Felicity is AMAZING!! Unforgettable experience! :) - We had the most wonderful experience with our tour guide, Felicity! From the start, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm, friendly, and outgoing personality. She gave us so much information—insights and historical details we never would have discovered on our own. Her knowledge was extensive, and she was so proactive in making sure we accomplished as much as possible during the tour. It was clear that she’s passionate about what she does, and her enthusiasm made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Felicity was communicative before the tour, letting me know where to meet, and always made sure to check in with my sister and I throughout the tour to ensure that we had what we needed, ie, if we needed to take a break, use the restroom, if we had any questions, etc. She thoroughly explained the historical context and significance of the Korean War, answered our curiosities regarding topics adjacent to historical events surrounding that time, and made us feel extremely comfortable — I truly felt that our experience was customized just for us! What really stood out was how she made us feel like we were traveling with a friend. Toward the end of the tour as we were heading back, we asked for restaurant recommendations, she gave us insider tips that made all the difference—it felt like we were getting the local inside scoop. Her personal touch truly set this tour apart, and we felt so special throughout the day. If you’re looking for a guide who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and friendly, Felicity is the one! My sister and I said multiple times the days following the tour that we’re so grateful to have been paired up with Felicity because she really made our experience on the tour memorable, enjoyable, educational, informative, and all-around AMAZING! I’m not sure if you can do special requests for tour guides by name, but if you end up booking this private tour, it doesn’t hurt to ask to see if Felicity is available— yes, she is THAT good!

Excellent Private Tour - Our guide DK was excellent, very knowledgeable not just on the DMZ, but Korea in general. Very personalized experience where you get one on one conversation as opposed to a group tour (of about 20-30). Would definitely recommend.

You'll got the good experience at there. - We absorbed many different moods and atmospheres there. The conflicts, sadness from parting. It shouldn't happen anywhere in the world.

Informative and interesting tour of the DMZ! - Lizzy was an excellent tour guide who taught us so much about Korean history in just one day. Starting from the car ride she gave us a quick history so we could understand the context of the DMZ tour. Once there, we saw a couple of the important sites and had a lovely time!

Lizzy's a great personal guide - Overall, Lizzy did a wonderful job explaining the history & significance of the DMZ. The benefit of the personalized tour was the extra time, individualized touch and additional knowledge from Lizzy, Be aware, the pickup at our hotel and the 75 minute van ride for the three of us, was only to the DMZ and back. Once we got to the DMZ park, we boarded a big tour bus for all the area visits. Wish we had more time at the museum, but we had to stick to the big bus' schedule. We always had Lizzy as our private guide, which we all felt was a big bonus. One minor concern, the tour company Lizzy works for was on top of all communications, no issues. The van driver shouldn't be driving commercially. His technique was abrupt on the gas through all traffic and his driving in general didn't inspire confidence. If you're prone to motion sickness, he's not the driver for you. Also, he needs to stay off his phone. The driver spent way to much time texting while driving in congested areas or the highway for our comfort. Loved Lizzy! Would definitely recommend her.
