Great tour with attentive guide - Great tour! Immediately in the van, our guide (I can’t remember her name) already started by giving us an over view of what we were going to do and timing. Great way to hit sone key spots. Our guide was extremely attentive. Even when our teens went the wrong way to the Blue Lagoon (my husband and I stayed at the Emerald pool), she went looking for them and turned them around. By the time we got to the ATVs, it suddenly die poured, so we waited about 10 minutes and it cleared. However, the rain made for a more interesting ATV tour as the ground was wet and we got to drive trough puddles (it did get messy). Everyone had a great time.

Hot Springs & Emerald Pool - good trips - We thoroughly enjoyed the hot waterfalls and Emerald pool - we had just enough time in each to explore and enjoy. The lunch at the Emerald pool was delicious. The ATV driving was disappointing as we were expecting to see some sights but you just went round and round a track and the ATV steering wasn’t very good. The people at the ATV were nice and gave us a delicious watermelon when we had finished.

Exactly what they promised - The tour guides were great ! The Atv got kinda boring after the first 15 minutes tho there’s not much to see it’s still a great tour the driver was right on time for our pick up and drop off so that’s a plus

NOT an ATV tour at all - Feels like false advertising. Assumed that we wil do trip by ATV, but largest part of the day was by foot. Tour guide was amazing and Hot springs an Emerald Pool something worth visiting. ATV very disappointing. Staff don't understand English, no safety briefing, no friendliness, felt like a beginners trip for 30min around a track over and over the same path - definitely NOT an ATV trip if that is what you are looking for.

Good - Overall great experience from the guide. Lunch duration, food quality, and transport back from ATV can be better, As we have been sent using motor car. As the ATV owner say no Van atm.

First part just ok, skip the atv ride though - We did the hot springs first, and although they were a little crowded it was ok. Not a lot of time there but ok. The next stop was the emerald and blue pools which are in the nation park. Park fees are additional fees as we were told during booking. By the time you walk to the emerald pool spend 10 in the water and walk to the blue pool you need to turn around and walk back. We were not given a lot of time to spend at the pools and to get back in time for the lunch buffet. We didn't rush but didn't spend too much time sightseeing either. The ATV ride was the big let down. My wife can't drive by herself so we doubled up but unfortunately the machines were too small to do this comfortably. Additionally one atv wouldn't stay running, one had a bent rear wheel shaft and looked like it could fall off at any time, another machine backfired the whole time it ran the brakes on my machine were almost gone and it bogged down every time I tried to give it a little gas. Furthermore the area for this event was relatively small therefore we spent most of the time going back over the same trails (with directional changes) again and again. Not up to par or even close to similar atv tours we have done in other places during this vacation.

Quads a waste of time - The pools were amazing. The quads didn’t work, kept cutting out and wouldn’t drive. Spent more time trying to get the quads moving than riding them. Poorly maintained

Dangerous and unorganized - The management of the trip was a shambles. Multiple different trips under the same 'tour guide' left the organisation feeling disjointed jumping between different mini vans. This also added a great deal of time to the day, with it only being a 'day trip' due to all the added time for different tour arrangements and departure points. The second but most pressing issue was with the ATV section of the itinerary. The 'tour guide' didn't seem to know this was part of our tour, and this lack of care lead to us just being ditched at the side of the road, not knowing where we were or what was going on. We were eventually picked up by a different individual who lead us to the ATV experience but this was the start of the problems. Considering we booked an English tour, the level of English was essentially zero. Add in no secure storage for our belongings and no sign of a safety talk, we were quickly uncomfortable with the experience. The lack of the safety demonstration soon became dangerous once we were on the tour. Unsafe routes, no direction and the 'leader' even taking over one of our ATVs to dangerously ride it on two wheels while my friend was stranded on the back, clinging on for her safety. The lack of English meant this was a complete surprise to us all and very alarming. We managed to catch this event of film. It's fair to say we were only satisfied when we finished unhurt, but that was only due to us slowing the entire experience down. The 'leader' was reckless and anyone who has no previous experience with ATVs would have definitely been hurt. We could not voice our concerns as again, they couldn't understand us. The only English they did know was, 'tip' which was forced upon us at the end of the experience. Finally, the entire description of all included in the iterinary needs vast improvement and more detial. Most notably, we were completely covered In dirt from the ATVs as the route took us through thick mud puddles. This lead to us having to have our clothes and shoes laundered at our own expense. This would be avoidable if we were told to expect this. We are all seriously infuriated with the entire tour, especially considering our safety was brought into question. Some things may be forgivable if we booked locally, as we cannot expect all locals to know English, but as we booked through viator we expect a certain standard.
