Fine… got to where we were going - Fine but your company did not account for luggage from customers. Stopped at the airport and picked up 5 people. Luggage was packed in every nook and cranny. Had no idea that we were taking a car ferry across to Koh Lanta as this is not mentioned in the details. Driver did not take us to our hotel made us walk 80 meters to our location.
