Amazing private tour - Xenofon, our driver and guide was wonderful! He was very flexible and tailored our tour to our needs and desires! We visited a farm where we had the most delightful hostess. She had prepared wine tasting, olive tasting and olive oil tasting. All delicious!! We then went on to the monestary. Then we went on a private boat ride to the caves! So beautiful! We then traveled to the Old Town where we were able to do some shopping! Xenofon went over and above as my mom is handicapped and needed extra assistance! Take this tour and ask for Xenofon!!

Exceptional Tour and Staff - Very good trip, personally had a great time in Corfu! This tour is perfect for a half day excursion as you will get to see the countryside, historical places and breathtaking vistas. The beautiful place was greatly complimented in great part with our driver, Makis. He drove safely and our vehicle was exceptionally clean and nice. He also served up useful information such as the history and industry of Corfu (we now know that Corfu has about 4.3 million olive trees and is a key olive oil and olive exporter)! The owner of the Carburi Estate, while very funny yet informative, displayed her homemade specialties and told the story of each one. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Beautiful, historic Corfu - Excellent. Personable, professional driver and enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide. They gave us an interesting and entertaining day out.

Delicious and informative - Our guide Paulina was terrific. Very knowledgeable, interesting and friendly. The food/ drink tastings were delicious local selections. (Skip breakfast beforehand). Going to the top of the fortress is a great way to see the city. Highly recommend.

The way to see Corfu - Capo Greco contacted us by email a few weeks prior to our Cruise to check everything was ok. Advising the places we would visit and asking if there was any amendments or add ons we would like and they would do their best to accommodate us. We were picked up outside the terminal as advised, our Guide/Driver holding a sign with our name. We immediately felt relaxed and in safe hands. We felt this was the best way to see as much of Corfu in the time we had. We were not disappointed. Our Guide was very informative. We were given 2 hours free time at the end to walk round the old town. All in all a very pleasant experience. We are a couple in our 70’s and we would recommend this company and tour without reservation. Thank you!

Corfu on land and sea! - Our tour guide took us to a family owned farm where we tasted different flavors of olive oils, honey and jellies. Afterwards we to the sea where he arranged a boat ride into caves. Thank you Viator.

Awesome - Finas was an amazing driver. He was knowledge, friendly and professional. Was so excited to see where the Durrells were taped. It was a very nice time.

For the most part we... - For the most part we enjoyed the tour. The driver was nice and very informative about the island. It had a little bit of everything we wanted to do - a visit to a local producer of olive oil and honey, a visit to a monastery, quick photo stop overlooking the beach and a drop off/pickup at old town. The only complaint is that we thought there might be another food stop since the name of tour is “Taste of Corfu.”

Taste of Corfu -Not So Much - I want to start the review by stating that our guide Costas (sp ?) was great. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. That said, there were several issues with this tour. First and foremost, we were supposed to be picked up at the port at 10 am. When no one was there by 10:20 am, I sent a message to the tour operator thru this site but got no response. Then by 10:30 am I finally found a phone number and called. When the tour operator answered the phone it initially seemed like he had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. Once it seemed to click, I was told they had to switch out cars and our guide would be there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Why am I finding this out 30 minutes after we should have been picked up??? Those 5 minutes turned into at least 15 more minutes. Our guide Costas finally showed up; he had cold waters, was friendly and got us underway. It was close to 11:00 am by this point. My second major issue is consistent with the comments made here by Heather L back in November 2022. Our tour was called “Taste of Corfu.” It was described as olive oil tasting, a stop at a winery, and local products tasting. We stopped at 1 small family owned road-side stand and store and tasted olive oil, marmalades, and kumquat liquer from a fold-up table propped up outside while drives of other people showed up to do the same thing. It was all great and the store owners were lovely but it was not really what I had in mind. Perhaps this was also the stop at the winery but there was no wine tasting. We then went to the monastery and beach, both of which were absolutely gorgeous. Our guide suggested that we might want to take the boat tour to the blue caves since the weather was so great, which we did. That was definitely a high light of our day and I’m glad we were able to add it in but, as you’ll see below, that added an additional $64 on to the $473 I already paid for this tour. Finally, Costas took us into Corfu town where we had free Time to eat lunch and do some shopping. To be clear, extra time was added on to our entire afternoon to make up for the delay earlier that morning. I estimate we had little over a 5-hour day, as opposed to the 4 hours and 30 minutes I was originally told. But by the time I was done tipping, my grand total was just a few dollars shy of $600 for 4 people (not including our lunch). And more of that time than not was time on our own. It would be one thing if I didn’t have a ton of other tours to compare to, but that’s not the case. We have done a lot of these types of tours and this one is pretty pricey for what you get. And then to have the other issues added to it??? I Just felt like an honest review was necessary.
