Figueres is famous for housing the Dalí Museum, which is one of the most visited museums in Spain. This museum is dedicated to the life and work of surrealist painter Salvador Dalí and is located in the Dalí Theatre-Museum, a building that in itself is a work of surrealist art. The museum houses an extensive collection of Dalí’s works, from his earliest creations to his most famous paintings.

Upon reaching Cadaqués, multiple choices are available such as dining at a pure Mediterranean-style eatery, or a boat excursion, or just a dive in the sparkling waters of the Costa Brava.

Amazing - My wife and I were treated to the most amazing, exclusive tour of Salvador Dalí’s museum and home in Figueres and Cadaqués, respectively. Our exclusive tour guide, Jordi Groeneveld is the Cohibas of tour guiding, you definitely want him if you are looking for the most extraordinary and cultivating experience of the museum and house of the immortal Dalí. We are definitely looking forward to going back to Barcelona.
