Did not refund money after cancelling tour - We booked a day trip to Yala National Park. We had to cancel the trip and notified the tour company before the cancellation deadline. They initially tried to say they didn't want to give us a refund. They eventually agreed to refund us and said it would be done in a few days. That was 12 days ago and still no refund. Will provide update when we get it.
