Indulge in street delights like arancini, deep-fried rice balls with ragu or spinach and ricotta fillings, and the famed cannoli—fried pastries with a creamy cheese filling. Refresh your palate with a Sicilian granita.
Return to the cooking school after the market tour. Flatten your dough, add toppings, and complete your pizza masterpiece. Enjoy a delightful lunch featuring your crafted pizza.
