• Via Tramontana, 43 - Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing Aperol Spritz or a beverage of your preference (options include non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and juices for children). You’ll receive an apron to wear, and then the class will commence.

The initial half-hour will be dedicated to introducing the ingredients and demonstrating the process of crafting the pizza dough. Following this, we’ll combine the ingredients to form the ideal dough.

While the dough takes time to rise, we’ll spend the next half-hour discussing the components and preparation for the bread dough. In the meantime, we’ll also explore various topping choices, offering vegan, vegetarian, meat selections, and even a sweet Nutella option for kids.

The baking process will span another half-hour, during which we can indulge in a beverage of our choosing and partake in an Italian Aperitivo, all while learning about Sicilian culture and culinary practices. Once our creations are baked, we’ll savor the pizza, evaluate the results, and discuss preservation methods for any leftovers. Children are welcome to join! It’s important to note that due to the lengthy resting period required for the dough, we might utilize a pre-prepared dough for the meal and provide you with the dough crafted during the class to take home.
