10/10 solo trip experience! - What I thought would be a small group cooking class, turned out to be a one on one class with myself and wonderful hostess, Agata! She was so welcoming, kind and patient with me...I felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed making my pasta dishes and tiramisu! This was the most heartwarming experience of my trip and I am SO glad I did it. I was able to meet some of her family and witnessing their Sicilian love and appreciation for one another was truly a blessing! 10/10!

Lovely Dinner in Palermo - We were so excited to experience this class and it undoubtedly lived up to our expectations. We were welcomed into Agata’s lovely home where we were greeted by her family and their very sweet dog sol. Throughout the course we made two different types of pasta (spinach and cheese ravioli and then a sort of spaghetti dish). We also had the opportunity to make tirimisu. After cooking we sat down and had our meal with the other couple present and were offered a variety of appetizers and wines to try. Overall a lovely experience!!

An evening of cooking and friendship - Our family had such a wonderful time cooking with Alice. We made pasta from scratch and tiramisu for dessert. We ate dinner outside on her beautiful terrace and enjoyed an evening of good food along with great conversation. What a wonderful way to spend an evening—we felt as though we had known her for years!

This was probably the... - This was probably the favorite stop on mine and my husband's honeymoon cruise, we continue to talk about it and share the cooking experience with those back home. The whole day was great and authentic. We cooked so many things, and picked up on the little tricks that make a recipe homemade. Our host family made us feel so welcome and it was almost as if we weren't tourists how they welcomed us into their home. Our dishes turned out phenomenal and we got to sample everything as well as take home the recipe to recreate at home.

Fun and Unique Experience - This was such a fun experience for me and my friend. Making pasta from scratch has always been on my to do list, and am glad to have checked it off. I left notes in my request and they were acknowledged, which was very much appreciated. Overall, great chef, host, music, food, wine and ambience.

Fabulous Experience in a Sicilian Kitchen - Rosa was very personable and so much fun to engage with! She made us feel right at home and was a very patient and excellent teacher. We felt like we were with family. We needed to adjust our timetable a bit and she was able to accommodate that and was excellent at communicating with in English via text. Such a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 💚🤍❤️

Not exactly what is advertised but still good - It was a good class with yummy food. However it wasn’t what was advertised. It said it was a small class, capped at 12, but we had 18 people which limited space and cooking. It also said it was going to be making 2 iconic pastas; we had 1 pasta but we did not cook it. It also said we were making tiramisu but we made cannolis. Overall it was a good experience, just not what we thought it would be and the bigger group made it more challenging to be involved.
