Palermo Hop-on-Hop-off - We did both the fashion and historic hop on hop off. It was a great way to see the city center but we saw no shops and the bus cannot navigate to area that you will want to see. For the Opera House and Cathedral you really have to go by foot for the true experience. I would recommend doing both but one is only an hour and the other is 45 minutes and if it is worth the 20 EU then I would say go for it.

Waste of time and money - Really not worth taking the bus. You drive around the perimeter of the old part of the city and don't see too much of interest. The 6 stops are near key monuments but once you get off the bus and go to the monument it's often easier to walk to the next one rather than return to the bus stop and wait for the next bus. For me, a total waste of €20

Not worth it - They tell you that a round trip takes about an hour. The only reason it takes this long is after 2 stops they stood still for 30 minutes and then didn’t go on the actual route described on the map. Commentary of what you are seeing is limited. Better off walking around.

Very bad experience - Never had such a bad experience with a hop on hop off tour! Grumpy hosts and driver, don't take the time for anything, quickly drive the route. Incredibly bad squeaky creaky bus and the most uncomfortable seats and junk on the bus. Give no time to take pictures at all. I'd rather walk!

Useless, expensive and not punctual - I bought the offer two days as it seemed faster and more punctual than the bus, especially to go to Monreale. In fact, he expects a lot, at the end of the line breaks the journey, the disappointing explanation. In the end for the return from Zisa I had to take the bus because you could not understand where it stopped. Bad experience.

Waste of money - Only 2 routes, both are easily walkable. Long wait for bus. Audio quality poor, little information given. Don’t waste your money. Just use the free map provided and walk the short routes yourself.

Bad experience - No information on bus schedules, extremely long intervals between buses. There are two lines, A and B. I went down at the point where there is a connection between the lines and I waited another 1 hour to get the bus to the other line. A fiasco. Don't fall into the 20 euro trap for that shit. It would have been better to spend on a taxi.

The delayed bus🙅🧢 - the guide said the bus would pass every 20/30 minutes but in fact each time he waited more than 45 minutes and this was annoying

Don’t expect the bus to turn up - Purchasing this tour is the equivalent to giving your money away for nothing. All the negative reviews on here are accurate. The buses don’t run frequently and don’t stop when flagged down. Don’t waste your precious time on holiday with this company. We waited for an hour while 2 buses drove straight past our stop. It’s a scam.

No Good tour - “Useless tour. To move forward, we had to sit for an hour at a place where you could practically do nothing. Poor organization, repeated information on the same tour. Don’t take this one! “One of the lines went off where it wasn’t supposed to go, stopped running at 2 p.m., and stayed for 10 minutes at a place where there wasn’t a stop.”
