Authentic cooking! - My experience with Fulvio and the cooking class was more than I had expected! I loved going into the market and seeing how he bought food what was available. Everything was fresh from the market that we cooked and ate. Definitely a highlight of my stay in Palermo.

A "must do" experience if in Palermo! - My favorite part was seeing my adult children helping to cook the meal! It was fantastic to see how simple each recipe was and how easy it would be to recreate these delicious foods at home. It was our first full day in Sicily and it was beyond fantastic! Fulvio is so much fun and so welcoming. The views from his kitchen balcony were incredible and the memories made will last forever. The whole experience was above and beyond all my expectations. The food market tour was the best because it was very local and authentic, unlike the bigger markets we saw along the rest of our vacation. It was a peek into authentic Sicilian life. Fulvio's passion for cooking, entertaining and the Sicilian way of life was palpable. If in Palermo this is a "must do" experience!

Joseph Crispin. - This was an Absolutely Amazing Authentic Experience. Our host made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We walked a few blocks got some great Italian bread and went back and learned how to make Eggplant Parmesan, real Italian red sauce, pasta, sea bass and tiramisu. I would highly recommend booking this cooking class.

Great food and better company - This was such a great experience! It was a joy to cook with the Fulvio and the sous chef, you could tell that they really enjoy what they do and they were super fun! They played great music and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was us and another couple and they welcomed us both. Would definitely recommend you arrive with an empty stomach, we ate so much great food!

AMAZING experience - Meeting Fulvio was the best part of our Palermo experience. I can’t thank him enough for such a beautiful time, listening to great music and make delicious food. Fulvio is an extraordinary person with a beautiful personality. A master at his craft, everything he made was made with love. If you have the chance to meet him and have opportunity to cook with him , you should!

Amazing experience - Fulvio welcomed us with open arms and showed us the best food the city of Palermo has to offer. He gave us a great tour around the city and also did a cooking class for us that left us real full 😋 I appreciated the hospitality Fulvio has to offer and would definitely recommend anyone who stops in Palermo to take a tour with him as it is a great experience!!

Best Cooking Class - This cooking class was excellent and was above and beyond any expectations. Fulvio was very knowledgeable about what he was showing us how to cook and made it fun.This stop was the most memorable part of our trip. He makes it a fun and comfortable atmosphere - like you are apart of the family! Highly recommend for anyone traveling in Palermo - you must go cook with Fulvio

Dinner with Fulvio - We had dinner with Fulvio at his apartment with his sous chef Mauritzio. It was a really fun evening with lots of good food, wine and music! Fried little red mullet was delicious, though we couldn't take any credit for cooking that one...Learnt so much about Palermo food ...black lentils from Etna...
Fulvio is a charming, considerate and entertaining host and looked after us very well.

Beautiful cooking day - The chef is a really welcoming and nice guy. Had a lovely stay there. From the kitchen you can see Palermo’s beautiful hill and the see. Beautiful scenery. Good wine, good food. Good music. I can totally recommend :)

Highly recommend! - This was an incredible experience! Fulvio took his time bringing us to the market and explaining local ingredients and tradition. He is knowledgeable about local history. This was our favorite day in Sicily! Fulvio kept us entertained and more than satisfied with the delicious food we made together. He is truly an expert and I highly recommend this experience!!
