- Fontana della Vergogna (Fontana Pretoria) - Admire Fontana della Vergogna-one of the most beautiful fountains in Italy. It is popularly known as the fountain of shame due to the disproportionate sums paid to purchase it, the continuous rise in costs and the continuous increase in endless additional expenses, figures considered “shameful” by the people of Palermo.
- Piazza Rivoluzione - Admire the statue of the Genius of Palermo, depicting a symbol of the city, which had been installed here in the 17th-century, but removed by the Bourbon administration after the Sicilian revolution of 1848.
