Fun and Delicious! - We enjoyed a wonderful evening with Carlo. He was informative and very friendly, sharing his knowledge of Sicilian culture, history and gastronomy. With his encouragement, we tried a variety of local specialties including spleen sandwich, potato/chickpea croquettes, scrapple, Sicilian "pizza" and a delicious pasta dish with red shrimp. It was a very fun experience!

Very enjoyable street food tour - We had an enjoyable morning walking through Palermo with Carlo.
Not only was he knowledgeable about food but also the history of Paloma.

Authentic and fun - The food tour in Palermo was an enjoyable experience. Annalisa, our friendly and knowledgeable guide, led us through some authentic spots. The amount of fried dishes was surprising, and it’s important to note that this tour focuses more on street food than on fancy dining. Expect hearty, local flavors rather than refined gourmet meals, which made the experience all the more authentic. Every dish was freshly prepared and tasted amazing.
Annalisa did a great job not only treating us to wonderful food but also sharing fascinating insights into Palermo's historyauthe and culture. It felt like discovering the city in a truly unique way.
All in all, a wonderful evening that I can highly recommend!

Amazing tour highly recommend - Our lovely guide Anna passed her passion for Sicilian culture and food on to our whole group. We felt incredibly welcomed by Anna and all the food vendors we visited. Everyone mentioned how important tourism was to the local economy and how much they wanted tourists to enjoy their visit.
All the food we sampled was stunning and we left feeling full and content. Thank you Anna for your wonderful tour and for taking the time to explain the history so well. Your passion for your country shines through.

Annalisa was fun, informative and, clearly, in love with her city, it’s people and culture and how they are expressed by food
