Very disappointing. - The driver was 30 minutes late, had to call number on voucher to check on him. When he arrived there was no apology for being late and didn’t say anything but took the bags. Nothing was said while traveling unless direct question was asked, then sometimes didn’t know answer which was about the countryside, etc.. Spoke almost no English and we had to try and think of different words for what we were asking or use a kind of sign language. Not luxury car or driver, just a regular Catania Taxi Van. Certainly not worth $592.70 US dollar. Worse than most NY drivers if you’ve ever encountered some of them. Will never use this service again. Very disappointing.
