Perfect evening in Palermo - The evening spent with Fulvio was the perfect introduction to traditional Sicilian cooking. The recipes we made were easy to follow and we throughly enjoyed dining at his home. Thank you so much, especially for the special attention to catering for the coeliac and gluten allergies within our group.

Best gluten free food I’ve ever had! - Due to having coeliac disease I was so worried about finding good gluten free food while on holiday in Palermo but after finding Fulvio there was nothing to worry about at all. The evening cooking class with dinner was coeliac friendly and so much fun, Fulvio was more than happy to accommodate my gluten allergy so I could enjoy the evening with everyone else. We had pasta with aubergine and swordfish with tiramisu for dessert, all gluten free!! The cooking class was fun and the food was great. Would definitely recommend.

Fulvio - great chef with big heart! - We spent almost the whole day with fulvio, started in a local market then cooking together an amazing lunch. From the beginning he let us feel at home and comfortable. And in the end we felt like we are sad to leave a good friend. Everything was so delicious and I even tried a fish for the first time in my life and really like that!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Love Eitan & Netta from Tel aviv, Israel:)

Great experience - Sicilian cuisine is very simple if you cook the best ingredients for appropriate time at correct temperature with the right spices. And this is exactly what Chef Fulvio and sous chef Maurizio are teaching in their class. Never mind that Fulvio resides in “new” Palermo - his neighborhood communal market offers as many choices as Mercato Ballaro. After buying “the stuff”, within the next two hours, we made pretty decent carciofi (take this, Romans!), meat sauce for pasta, ragú, and tiramisu. It was interesting to observe how Ricotta-centric Fulvio’s dishes were but — really delicious! Overall, it was a very pleasant and highly educational Sunday morning. Highly recommended.

Best food in Palermo! - The cooking class was a wonderful experience. Chef Fulvio taught me how to cook some delicious Sicilian dishes while listening to great music sipping wine. The course took place in his beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the town, the sea and the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend.

Fulvio Cicero - Absolutely Fantastic day! Fulvio was so friendly and warm. We first went a local outdoor market to get everything we needed for our meal. Just that was such fun. We spent the rest of most of the day drinking wine, laughing, listening to music, cooking and eating with Fulvio. Started with appetizer then lentil soup, followed by pasta with eggplant and swordfish. Last course was baked seabass. Desert was home made tiramisu. Outstanding!!👍👍 Will definitely book with Fulvio again!
