Terrific food great chef - What a great time. Hands on cooking with the chef. His family in attendance and everything went like clock-work. Learned some new recipes and ate some food I never have tried. We had bruschetta, mussels (I even tried them raw with lemon...yum), a sauce we made for the pasta from the tomatoes and mussells and shrimp. Excellent meal with great company. In attendance was a chef from AZ and it made it more fun.

Sicilian cooking class - Domus and his family welcomed us into their beautiful home. He is a wonderful chef and an even better host! He was gracious enough to help set up transportation from Palermo. It was an absolutely wonderful evening - one of the highlights of our trip :)

I highly recommend this experience - Amazing experience, we had so much fun and learned a lot! Chef Antonio is very passionate about what he does and is super knowledgeable with many years of experience in food and cooking. He considers food allergies and preferences and includes all guests in preparing and serving the food. We went as a group of 5 and all had an incredible time! There was a lot of laughter and the food was delicious. His family is very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this experience!

A good time was had by all! - We had a wonderful time! It was a good group of nice people…I loved the outdoor kitchen of our host…and we learned a lot about the pleasures of pistachios! The pistachio pasta was especially delicious! The whole family was charming and I think a good time was had by all…bought some pistachio paste from Chef Antonio so I can fix the pasta for friends back home…

Warm Sicilian Family Hands-on Cooking Class - We appreciated the warm family welcome by Antonio and his entire family. The hands on training of the traditional Sicilian meal was fabulous. We loved all the courses we were served. It was wonderful to get a chance to experience a meal with a Sicilian family who spoke good English. We also took advantage of the pick up/drop off that was well worth it.

Amazing cooking night - What a fantastic experience. Chef Antonio and his family were very welcoming and showed true Italian hospitality. Class was fun, food we cooked was delicious and wine throughout the night was unlimited. Highly recommend it!

Great experience! - This was a great experience and I definitely recommend it! Antonio is very fun, engaging and entertaining. His outdoor kitchen/set up is beautiful and it was such a fun night! You will be with a group with other people, however that made the experience even more fun since we all interacted! Lots of great wine, amazing food and good laughs! Antonio and his family were very welcoming and provided anything you needed for the evening. A must do experience!

Not Just a Great Cooking Lesson also a Fantastic Evening to Rememberr - My daughter and I had the most wonderful time cooking with Chef Antonio and all the other participants who arrived to enjoy the experience from Belgium and America. Chef Antonio was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips along the way that I will certainly use at home in the UK. Using a grater as a small sieve seemed so easy I wondered how I could have cooked for over fifty years and not known that. Tips on how to spot the difference between shark and sword fish steak and now I know why those prawns in many supermarkets are so plump I will never eat them again! Antonio and his fantastic family made all of us feel very welcome and his English was great. The conversation never stopped amongst the guests as well as with Antonio. He gave us a really good insight into Sicilian cooking , life and the joy of small sweet perfect Sicilian fresh tomatoes. Even if you are on your own I am sure that within a few minutes you will feel relaxed and almost at home with friends. Antonio's son and daughter can come and pick you up to do the short drive to the families beautiful home on the outskirts of Palermo. Sitting in the garden with a glass of wine , a perfect meal (that you could replicate at home now) , talking, laughing and learning so much about food and Sicily it was the perfect way to experience Palermo and the pride Sicilians take in their history, culture and food . If you love cooking and even if you don't this is an experience you won't regret. Shout out to Antonio's daughter who photographed the whole evening so skilfully and sent through so many moments perfectly captured. The video of my daughter celebrating her birthday is just perfect. Salvo Antonio's son was a great driver and was able to chat to us in English extremely well. Also to Antonio's wife who had managed to ensure everything ran smoothly and was a delight to meet. I would recommend this if you are after something that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a person who wants to learn more from life rather than a guide book. No matter what your age, nationality or cooking experience you will get an experience to remember.

A must do in Palermo - Superb meal and fun provided by Chef Antonio and his sweet family! A must do on your trip to Palermo! The food was incredible yet simple to prepare and if you wanted you could’ve joined for a tour of the market where you would pick up your fresh ingredients for the class. We couldn’t make this part but I’m sure would also be unique and fun! Loved the stories shared and people we met through the class 10/10!!
