Best experience of the trip - Luckily, we discovered this new, very welcoming venue in the heart of Palermo, where the owner Valentina led a tasting of excellent wines from Mount Etna. Valentina was absolutely fantastic and demonstrated great expertise. She speaks fluent English and presented the wines with a personal touch that made everything special. TOP tasting - We had a tasting in October during a weekend in Palermo. The restaurant is located in the historic center of the city and is easily accessible. Valentina accompanied us on a journey to discover Sicilian wines, transmitting all her passion to us. The tasting lasted a couple of hours, in which we were given a detailed presentation of the region and the characteristics of the wines with many references to viticulture practices, interesting even for those who are less expert in the sector. Thanks to her kindness and spontaneity, Valentina made everything very pleasant! The wines chosen were excellent as were the accompanying platters of excellent local products. Absolutely recommended!!
