Experience to try - We were pleasantly surprised by the tour. Our driver Francesco was very kind, nice, and provided us with a lot of information about the places visited. Very prepared. Fun experience, which takes you easily to the main places of Palermo. Almost surreal Ballarò Point of Sale experience! To try

Discover the hidden treasures of Palermo with a fun tour even for children! - Recommended experience especially if you have children following. The children had a lot of fun exploring the city with the nice bee car. But also for adults it was an opportunity to see a real palermo sneaking into all the alleys of the center and receiving explanations and listening to anecdotes and curiosities about the hidden treasures of the city. Great value for money. Our Guide was also very kind and also did us photo shoot. To be repeated!

Overview of Palermo - Excellent experience, definitely recommended. Mariano welcomed us at the cruise terminal and showed us his city in a pleasant way with detailed descriptions. We also managed to see Palazzo dei Normanni, the Palatine chapel and the Cathedral as well as taking a walk in the Ballarò market
Great service and a very bravo to Mariano

You can save yourself! - Tuk-tuk ride in the monkey car, first the driver arrived too late, seemed completely disinterested, "raced" through the alleys without comment, dropped us off at supposed sights, then explained to us that according to his stopwatch time is almost up and we could now book another hour to see more. When we declined, he seemed slightly "snuffy" and wanted money again, which we had already paid through Paypal.

Bad, to avoid - Money thrown to the wind to see things you can safely walk to.
The cost aspect of the service is very vague and obviously no receipt is issued.
A tourist trap on which the city of Palermo should be vigilant to prevent the image provided by the city (dirty and chaotic) does not deteriorate further

Bad experience - Avoid Giovani who ripped us off . We originally agreed a price of 35 euros each for four of us . We drove 5 minutes to the street market where we walked up and down the market back to to pick up point . We were the driven another 5 minutes to the church where we were told we had a “special deal “ with reduced entrance . We were in the church for about 15 minutes when Giovani came to the exit to say we had taken a long time . When exiting the church we were told that we had to split into 2 tactics but not told why . The second driver eventually explained that the police were around and that Giovani was “breaking the rules” by having 4 people in the tuctuc. We stopped at the corner of the 4 statues and were told the time was up but we could e tend the time by paying a total of 100 euros each , we reluctantly agreed and were driven to the next stop , a small park with the giant fig tree where we had 5 minutes . We were then driven 5 minutes to the cathedral which was closed and told time was up ! At this point we were asked for 120 euros each ! We argued with Giovani but at this point several other tuctuc started to gather and as two of our party were female we ended up paying . Please avoid .

A real scam - Terrible experience!!!! We agreed on a flat rate which corresponded to 20 euros each, there were 3 of us, in the end it became 120 euros each. We didn't see anything different. We went to Mondello and Monreale.
Giuseppe, that's the name of the driver of the bee, as soon as he put us down he completely changed his attitude, becoming rude and rude. A real scam!!!! Be wary of these tours or inform yourself very well before leaving.
However, in any case I strongly advise against it as Monreale and Mondello can be easily reached by HopOnHopOff type bus for 15 euros per person!!!!!!
Among other things....everything strictly in black, and when we asked for the receipt it got even more altered!!!!!!

Very bad experience - Absolutely not recommended!!! The price is not the one agreed at the beginning, but quadrupled... The driver (Giuseppe) seems nice and friendly, until he demands an exorbitant payment that was not agreed upon, or rather, agreed upon but not respected.
Please don't be fooled too!!!
