Easy - Easy. We needed a 3am ride and Viator hooked us up. I put in my info, paid and received confirmation. During the week, o received information about pick up time in sn email and he was even early.

Airport transfer - There was no attraction. This was merely transportation from the hotel to the airport for our departure from Barcelona. Driver was on time & friendly.

Very Poor Communications. Two cars reserved for 5:20am. Cars that showed not big enough to handle the luggage. - Do not book transfers through Trip Advisor or Viator. Their communications to the vendor is extremely poor

DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR - DONT BOOK WITH VIA TOR! they are completely UNRELIABLE. I booked a car to pick up from Barcelona to the airport, and I first asked to be picked up at 9:00 am and then I contacted the “tour operator” and told them I would like to be picked up at 8:30 instead, and THEY TOLD ME IT WAA CONFIRMED, I WILL BE PICKED UP AT 8:30 am. Also, on the day of the pickup , I called the number that was provided in the email supposedly via tor told me this is my drivers number. I called this number and some guy picked up not even know what on earth I was talking about. “Who is this “ “when is your booking” “today?” This made me so frustrated and he was EXTREMLY rude to me, and not even putting in mind that this is a flight that I need to catch, and he kept telling me “madam the driver will be there at 9 I can’t do anything about it” I closed and then I sent him on WhatsApp the confirmation that was sent to me from viator and then he told me “this is something between u and via tor” and then I got very furious with him so I closed and I ordered a taxi which was for 33€ using the free now app (and I highly recommend u to use this app) , and it was a van (volkwagen caddy) . I paid 52€ For a sedan car from viator. Also, the day I arrived to Barcelona I requested from via tor the Mercedes van, and that went well until the driver didn’t even know how to get to the address given to him, and it was my first time to even go to Barcelona , and he kept asking me if he was going the right way. Also, driver didn’t even help us with our bags or anything. DO NOT BOOK WITH VIA TOR!

Poor Communication from Viator - We were traveling with 8 adults and scheduled our private van from the cruise ship to the airport with a Viator representative on the phone. We clearly said we needed 2 vans as we had been traveling for 2 weeks and had a lot of luggage. I believe that is what I paid for as well. The day before our departure I received an email confirming one large van for 8 people; I sent an email detailing that we had 9 large pieces of luggage, 1 medium, and 3 small pieces. I received another email and sent a second telling we needed 2 vans. One van appeared on Sunday morning that could hold 8 passengers, but it would never hold our luggage. Thus, part of our group had to take a Taxi to the airport. I do not believe anyone at Viator listened to what I wanted and needed.
