Caves Of Drach was Ok - Caves were nice but music show at the end was overcrowded and the boat ride had long lines so we just left.

Better than i expected - Great day out. Worth every penny. The classical music in the caves was very moving. Our Tui rep was very informative and made it fun.

Unforgettable experience - It has been a beautiful and unforgettable experience, we were provided with the bus that had a very central stop, the Guide was charming and the caves were quite a surprise with the icing to hear beautiful and masterfully performed musical pieces in spectacular surroundings

Experience - One of the best experiences, the caves are a pass, they facilitated transport and accompanied by a Guide that was explaining along the way. Highly recommended!!

Nice caves - Wonderful excursion to the caves, they pick you up near your hotel if it does not coincide with the established stops. Much better than renting a car, the traffic in Palma de Mallorca is horrible.

Must Do! - The Drach Caves are amazing and a cannot miss experience when in Palma de Mallorca. We ended up taking the afternoon tour as there was confusion with the meeting place for the morning tour. Received an email the morning of that pick up was at the hotel and the day before, a WhatsApp message that pick up was elsewhere. The meeting place had lots of different tour buses arriving and leaving so you had to walk up and down a long stretch so not to miss your tour. Other than the meeting place mishap, the cave tour is excellent and well worth the time.

Short but not so sweet - We went on this trip earlier today and whilst the guide was informative and the caves quite a marvel it’s not worth what you pay to only get to be there an hour. You don’t get enough time to go on the boat which the tour guide advises against due to time constraints which spurs the experience as that’s one thing that would make it more special. The pearl shop is okay but not in the least affordable. Also having a description such as the caves, Porto Cristo and the pearl shop surely would make you think you get to see some of the port as well but alas it’s fleeting and then you’re packed off to get through the caves and expected back within an hour never mind stopping to get food or a beverage. Overall just a bit underwhelming.

Disappointment - Excursion to escape. It is better to visit the caves on your own. Visit the ceramics after the hatch, so no liquor offered either? Visit the pseudo pearl factory, it's more like visiting the shop. Only positive, good guide on the way.

Not worth the cost - I thought this tour was going on the boat but it was just an orchestra on the boat. The cave was amazing and beautiful. The tour guide didn’t take my booking correctly which annoys me a lot.

Terrible customer experience - Absolutely disgusting as they treat people undergoing chemotherapy awful saying you don't look disabled so you're not. That's besides having a torn ACL & fractured knee. Staff refused to move away from handrails & refund refused. Avoid at all costs! Real shame as the actual caves are so beautiful. Wouldn't let her sit in a disabled area because she didn't look disabled made her cry a special place I planned to take her on our wedding anniversary
