The same Dragon Cave tour as your cruise, except half the cost. - We took this tour instead of booking the exact same tour on our cruise ship. This tour cost half as much to do exactly the same thing. You have to make your own way off the cruise ship to the meeting spot, which cost us $20 in a taxi. The tour guide was nice enough to drop us off back at our cruise ship instead of making us take a taxi. We got exactly what we expected and we had a really good time, our tour guide spoke six different languages and was very kind and hospitable. We drove an hour to the caves where we already had our tickets ready. We walked in with a couple hundred people, but it Felt like you could move around and take photos and videos of the caves. Inside, it was really cool. We walked for probably 30 minutes, slowly, until we got to a seating area. We all sat on a bench and then when everyone was seated a 15 minute symphony orchestra started as two different boats floated by playing music. Next, we stood in line and got in one of the gondola like boats for a 10 minute lake cruise. Then we made our way out of the cave, had some snacks at the very large and convenient outdoor food area. prices were pretty good. All in all, this tour was well run, the bus was very nice, all employees did an excellent job, and we felt that we got excellent value for our money. We had a great time.

Would do again! - To start, the tour bus was where it said it would be and on time. The seats were comfy and the air conditioning was nice. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and we were all impressed with how many languages she speaks! While I wish we had a bit more free time to enjoy the pearl shop and a meal, we did leave and return on time. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

Not a boat ride through the caves - Caves where ok, and the 20 second boat ride was disappointing to say the least. This is not a boat ride through caves as advertised.

Tour time - Bus arrived late. When we got to the caves.... After an hour and half drive, there was not much to do. The description shows a boat ride but it is at the end of the tour and you have to sit and wait for 30 minutes for a 2 minute boat ride. The ride back was also delayed as our bus had to make 3 stops to drop off some people and over half the bus almostissed our cruise departue. Was supposed to drop us back off at 2:40 so we could get back on the boat by 3:30b ut did not get back until 3:10. Had to kp off the jus grab a taco back and run to board shop Barely made it

Not worth the money - The place was amazing but it’s not worth £100 for 2 people your not aloud to take pictures at the concert and it’s just a boat going round playing music, I was so gutted as I was looking forward for this since I booked this in advance for months

Do it alone and don’t get scammed like I did - I would recommend doing this as an individual and saving a lot of money. We had so many issues trying to arrange things and staff were not sympathetic to the fact we were on the other side of the island and pick up points were not advertised clearly before booking. No refund issued, so I have to review this experience as an unacceptable service. Asked for their regulator details to make an official complaint but was ignored.

This tour sucks and is misleading!!! - This tour was not as expected. We drove over an hour each way picking and dropping off guest. When we arrived at the caves we walked through in about 15 minutes and then we sat and listened to music for about another 10. We spent the most time waiting in line for our 30 second boat ride which was about 50 feet long. People were disappointed and if I would have known I would have never chosen this tour. Save your money and skip it. I never write reviews but we were so disappointed it was a must. I am seriously considering disputing the charge with my credit card!!
