• Valldemossa - The journey begins in Valldemossa, where visitors can wander through the serene cobblestone streets or relax with a coffee while savoring local treats like the ‘coca de patatas’ (a small potato-based sponge cake). At this time of day, the charming town is usually quiet. Guests can join the guide for a leisurely walk or explore the Carthusian Monastery and the renowned composer Chopin’s House at their own pace (entry fees not included).

• Iglesia de la Cartuja - Visitors will have the chance to see the Royal Carthusian Monastery, which was once a royal palace and home to the Carthusian monk fraternity. (Entry fees are not included.) The Carthusian Monastery of Valldemossa, known in Mallorcan as “la Cartoixa de Valldemossa,” has served various purposes over time. Initially, it was the residence of King Sancho I of Mallorca, later becoming a former royal residence and finally the Royal Charterhouse.

• Casa natal de Santa Catalina Thomas - This is the birthplace of Catalina Thomàs, the most revered saint on the island, known as “La Beateta,” who was born in Valldemossa in the 16th century. Her home, now a chapel, features a tile at the entrance depicting a scene from the life of Mallorca’s first saint.

• Mirador Sa Foradada - The journey includes a pass by this famous viewpoint. “Sa Foradada” means “the hole,” referring to the hole in the mountain visible from various parts of the Tramuntana Mountain Range. Legend suggests this hole resulted from a cannon shot during the war of 1582.

• Deia - After Valldemossa, the coach takes a scenic ride through the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The route passes through the picturesque towns of Llucalcari and Deia, where famous faces are often spotted.
