a top holiday - perfect organization, top bikes, enough different performance groups where you can choose your group from day to day, great tours and above all very good cycle paths, I can only recommend

Excellent! - The organization in advance was always very friendly and quick, and the organization on site was also great. The bikes were perfectly adjusted and of great quality. The tours were great fun. The two guides, Jur Jan and Marianne, always paid attention to the size of the group, had lots of good tips, and showed us great parts of the island. The hotel was right next to the rental shop (we were in the north), clean with good food. We had a great week and can only recommend the rental shop and the tours.

The Young Americans 2023 - This was our second trip to Mallorca and our second time with Fred Rompelberg tours. This company has nailed it. Fantastic experience in every facet of our trip. Great ride, bad administration and communications - Marianne, the ride leader was lovely (biked out of Alcúdia -Muro location) and it was a wonderful day out with the group. The bike was tuned nicely and the gears and brakes responded well. One huge problem with this company is communication. I tried emailing and messaging through the site to ask some key questions. I understand fully that English is not their first language, however no response after a few tries was frustrating. It ended up that I bought a pass for a group ride and rented a bike from them for a day they didn’t have group rides, even with my inquiry. Thankfully they allowed me to come the next day when they actually had a group ride but that could have been avoided if they had answered my inquiries. Then after the group ride, they were closed when we got back, and didn’t communicate where I was to bring the bike back! It was all locked up! Thankfully Marianne has a key and we left the bike by reception. Maybe if you are Dutch or German they may have communicated better? Thankful for the great leader and group as well as the bike, but I think I could probably get better communication and organization from another company. Will be going with another company next time.

Deception - Velos rented in Palma- need repair in Alcudia: bad reception of the repair manager and the lady at the reception- the day before our departure we are told that the store will be open from 3pm to 6pm and it was opened after a reminder email at 4.30pm- the day of our departure we are promised transport to the airport at 7.30am and no one was present - at 7.45am we took a taxi because our flight was less than 2am
