• Palmer - The group will gather at the Palmer Visitor Center to go over the day’s itinerary.
• Hatcher Pass - Next, everyone will set off for the hiking destination, likely Eska Falls in the Talkeetna Mountains. The hike may cover up to 11 miles on potentially uneven ground. This hidden waterfalls journey is a round-trip adventure with an elevation gain of approximately 2,500 feet.
  During the hike, there will be stops to discuss the local flora, fauna, the mining history of the Talkeetna Mountains, and the boreal forest.
  At the turnaround point, there will be an extended break to enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains, weather permitting.
  The group will then descend along the same trail back to the trailhead.
• Palmer - After the hike, the group will return to the Palmer Visitor Center, where recommendations for other activities in the Palmer area will be provided.
