- Assess and feel the beans to determine their moisture content.
- Experience the weight of our pilon stick firsthand.
- Roast your own batch of coffee to take home! Each group will have access to a machine to roast a small batch while learning about the roasting process.
- Perfect your coffee by sorting it before packaging.
Finally, enjoy a variety of coffee brewing methods.

The best coffee tour in Boquete - We learned so much about the production of coffee. There are so many steps and very labor intense. They really try to produce the best specialty coffee with organic farming methods. They even use ducks to help with pests.

Love it! Highly recommend - Coffee tour experience in this small family run farm was so mindful and enjoyable. The smell of coffee roasting filled us with joy. Very reasonably priced for a four hour experience. The guide Marty is amazing and did such a great job of taking us through the steps.

Small group and hands-on coffee your! Awesomest! - Awesome experience from booking the tour in the little store in Boquete to the pickup and drive up to the Finca. The hands-on experience incl. picking the fruit, depulping, hulling, and finally roasting coffee seeds! So cool! Enrique was super informative and just a great guide.
At the end we got to taste the same coffee brewed 3 different ways!
We had a great time with a small group of really interested folks.

Excellent Coffee Tour! - We did the coffee tour at Finca Casanga today with our son, his wife and our two grandchildren. My husband and I have taken guests on four other coffee tours in the Boquete area. The Casanga tour was the best we've ever done. It was a hands on experience which included picking the coffee berries, seeing the drying process, removing the parchment with a pilon, roasting the coffee and tasting the different methods of brewing coffee. Our 8-year-old grandson was complaining about going on a "boring coffee tour" and our guide, Marty, kept him engaged and entertained the whole tour. I was impressed with Marty's knowledge and his patience and skill keeping the interest of a lively little boy. He kept the interest of the rest of us as well. It was a completely enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this coffee tour!

Very nice and personal coffeetour, would absolutely book this when in Boquete! - We booked the tour with Finca at their store in the centre of Boquete. Imidiately we had a great feeling! The tour itself was amazing. We were picked up at the store and drove down with one of the owners to the farm. Andi was kind and told us all about their amazing story. At the farm we learned a lot about the origin of coffeebeans and the production process of coffee. It is a very hands-on tour, so you wil not only hear everything there is to know about coffeemaking, but also practice it yourself! Plus: our tourguide was very funny, so we still remember everyting😉. After everything we also got a coffeetasting. It really was a highlight of our trip to Panama and would really recommend this tour when visiting Boquete!

A must do experience - It was a wonderful experience. The guide shared with us the history of Panaman coffee and coffee in general, as well as the process of making coffee. We got to go through each step. After roasting our own coffee, we got to sample a medium roast brewed three different ways. We also tasted geisha coffee.
Everything was perfect.

Wonderful experience for coffee lovers - This experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Panama. So fun and interesting to learn about coffee on a plantation with picking, roasting, tasting and taking home coffee that you roasted yourself.
