a very nice and quiet city to stay with families - it is a quiet place and people are welcoming and very nice the beach very nice and quiet very welcomed in a guest house with a very nice family and wonderful views

very nice tour of north tour. - It was excellent trip. North side attraction are worth the money. SSR botanical garden is very picturesque and one can easily spend 2 hours here. It is very peaceful as well.
Guide is very professional and knowledgeable as well. he took us through the streets and made changes as we requested.
We also visited the aquarium for 1-2 hours. It is very nice as well. We also requested for beach visit, which tour guide happily took us. Overall highly recommended.
We could do all this since we stayed in north side area. If you are staying in south it might be difficult to cover all.
Note: All tickets needs to be bought by yourself. Keep cash in case card doesnt work. It didnt work at SSR garden.

It takes in some... - It takes in some excellent parts of the island. Our guide, Raj, was absolutely outstanding. His depth of knowledge was really good. I thoroughly recommend this trip

Provider we are pleased to recommend - We called twice (for two days of privatized taxi for 3 people) on the services of Turquoise Voyage, and we really did not regret it! Seriousness, kindness and responsiveness in the responses make it an excellent provider, whereas the daily rate (3500 rs) was the most advantageous of all the solutions we studied.
Special thanks to our driver Bansy, discreet, very friendly, good advice, and who did not hesitate to give his personal time to allow us to realize the entire program we had envisaged!

Excellent excursion to North Mauritius. - The guide -driver, Robin was excellent and very accommodating. He even took us to a supermarket to buy a special tea. Excellent excursion to see the sites of the north.

to do list! - This excursion is a must have if you want to discover the north of Mauritius!
Our guide/driver Nikhill was very professional, kind and attentive. we visited the water front of Port Luis and its market, then we went to visit the beautiful Pamplemousse Botanical Garden! Trust on your guide for the restaurant because we ate amazing fish thanks to his suggestion!!
After lunch we went to the beach for a while and to visit Notre Dame Auxiliatrice church at Malheureux cap! that’s an amazing place!!!

Mauritius self-directed with an absolutely reliable driver - In the course of a cruise we visited Mauritius for a day. Since we like to do something individually and spontaneously, we had neither booked a trip over the ship, nor in advance through other event organizers. Of course we had learned about Mauritius. We disembarked spontaneously and were approached right at the port exit by various taxi drivers and we were offered prices beyond "good and evil". As we walked on, a nice young man approached us and asked where we wanted to go. He called us a perfectly acceptable price. We spent a great day with him. On the beach he has reliably waited on and and recommended a nice little place on request. Afterwards we wanted to do some shopping and were at a great market where almost only locals
have shopped.
So if you are looking for a reliable driver, Atish +23057101505 (English/French) is in good hands.

A must - Our driver Mike drove us everywhere we wanted, there were also changes possible during the tour. He stopped wherever we wanted and took pictures of us as well.

Whistlestop but hits the highlights - This tour was a bit whistlestop…it would have been good if some more time was spent in Port Louis to explore the market and marina area.

I was a solo traveller... - I was a solo traveller and booked this tour expecting more personalised attention. The guide and driver Mike did not accompany me at any of the stops. He simply dropped me off and said I'll pick you up later. I expected more of a guide for the price.
