Very nice & unforgettable experience - Good & memorable experience. Balloon riding was smooth. Captain was Jolley & shared jokes with us. Landing was rather difficult but crew members took every effort for safe landing & helped to deembark everybody.

Incredible experience! - This was one of the highlights of our trip to Turkiye. We did a hot-air balloon ride last year in Cappadocia, and this one over the white travertines was even better. Amazing scenery to look out and see the Roman ruins and the natural white cliffs. The employees of this company are highly skilled and professional. I highly recommend this excursion and this company.
Also, if you go, please consider bringing cash for a group tip at the end. We gave TL800 in the tip jar at the end and we were surprised that this was the largest tip. Another couple only gave a U.S. two dollar bill which was disappointing. This company’s balloon staff members are excellent at keeping people safe and delivering an amazing life long memory. Please show your gratitude.

Thank you for great service. - It was a tour that we enjoyed very much and that should definitely be done. I would like to specially thank you Mr. Yunus for answering all our questions before and after our tour without getting bored. Our flight was very nice, we saw the travertines very closely. Thank you to our balloon pilot. We will come again. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic morning trip! - We had originally booked a trip with other operator and the day before they cancelled on us for no reason. We managed to find these guys who were extremely helpful, responding to messages etc. And rebooked, slightly nervously.
We had no need to worry, it was a fantastic!
Early start from our hotel 5.30am but worth it. Flight time was just right and the views were perfect. The pilot was good fun and clearly very good at what he does. I didn’t feel unsafe or worried at any point. It really is great and the view over Pamukkale are great 👍

Unforgettable memories for the whole family - Kapadokya balloon tour
The team was great.
Collected at the hotel at 3:45-4:00, taken to the office for necessary procedures and information. There was a delay ( for an hour)!because the weather wasn’t clear. For this reason the sunrise we met still on the land ( not the staff’s fault).
12 people in our basket. Enough space, not cold( because of hot air for the balloon). Flying ups and downs over chimneys and love valley up to 520 meters.
The pilot was experienced and helpful.
Safe landing with champagne party and certificates signed especially for us to highlight the event!!!!

Don’t recommend - I was actually a bit disappointed with this. They cancelled my sunrise ride and told me all balloons will likely be cancelled because of the weather, so they put me on an afternoon ride. Later I found out that balloons weren’t cancelled that sunrise. Oh well.
There are two reasons why I don’t recommend this operator:
1) Our balloon was the last to take off and one of the first to land. Ride took 30 mins rather than 45-60 as advertised
2) Most other balloons flew directly over the cotton castle but ours didn’t even fly near it. That was extremely disappointing.
(also they were trying to sell a flight video at the end of the tour but I guess that’s normal here)
