Very great - Great trip and highly recommended. For the long bus ride you should definitely think of enough water, as well as provisions.

Pamukkale adventure - The pickup from Le meridian was unorganized, but everything else went well with the trip. The bus tour, going around Pamukkale and the drive back was a nice experience. Cleopatra pool was surprisingly good compared to what we anticipated!

Over all good but with some issues . Great place but early start, not enough time, ticket not included - Really enjoyed the experience and it was wonderful to see such a natural wonder and amazing ancient history. However I would say that there was a little false advertising in that the stone factory on the way and the wine factory on the way back were not advertised on trip advisor as being part of the experience( although I enjoyed the wine). If these are to be part of it then at least being transparent about this up front would I feel make some tourists less disgruntled and more likely to actually buy from them. Equally the ticket price of access to Hierapolis was not included in the fee and this would have made things smoother in terms of collecting money from everybody on the coach. Finally the tour advertised that we were also due to stop at a local village with red hot water springs, but due to an incident with a collision on the coach (which was not at all the fault of the drive or the tour company for the record!) it entirely slipped my mind that we were supposed to visit this village and these springs after Hierapolis but they were never mentioned. Again being more clear in the advertising about what is and what isn’t included in the tour would be really helpful. To also feel like you can comfortably see all the sites at Hierapolis I think an additional hour or two would make things much more relaxed, and a later return rather than an early morning start which for us was 5:30. I think on holiday 6:30 is acceptable but not earlier! - but that could just be me!

Spectacular place but not enough time there... Shame. - Prompt pick-up 5.30am, knowledgeable guide, very interesting info. Badly organised coaches with wrong languages mixed, so had to stop and swap folk between coaches several times, both out *and* back...!! Long way (4hrs +), so the 20-30min comfort stops both ways were reasonable. But the extra stops at an onyx factory and wine tasting were not... weren't interested in these at all, weren't on the itinerary, and they cut into the limited time at Heiropolis and Pamukkale - which was the focus of the trip!! Ended up taking photos of the information panels for later 'cos not enough time to stand and read them! Those stops were a waste of valuable time. The place itself is spectacular but having barely 2.5hrs there, in a 15hr daytrip, isn't long enough....

Nice tour but with intermediate annoying stops with scam sales - Amazing places, really worth visiting. You have 3 hours there to do what you want. Many people went to bath in Cleopatra's bath, but we couldn't care less: surrounded by magnificent archaeological and geological wonders, so we spent the time to explore them. Lunch was good. What we really didn't like is those intermediate stops at a jewels manufacturing place and at a wine factory place where also a tasting session took place. These things are really scam, overpriced products presented like they are rarity or miraculous things that one should definitely have. So we would have rather spent more time in Pamukkale than wasting time in these places. But unfortunately you can't choose that. An additional thing I didn't like, is the bus. Very uncomfortable seats, and some with the broken button to push the seat down, which for a long journey is a a problem as you can't rest well and you end up with back pain. The guide was alright, he provided some background of the area, but for the details we looked on the panels in the archaeological area. He gave also some basic description of the travertines, but the details we found out on the web, as there are no panels with geological descriptions (shame!!!).

Disappointed as no water in the pools - Disappointed with Pamukkale. No water in the calcium pools. Only water in the bit you walk through. It was a rather dirty looking white pumice stone. A long tiring journey but the mountain trip was pretty. Enjoyed Hierapolis but Pamukkale was the reason for the trip.

Very long day, much longer than advertised - The place itself it well worth a visit. However the duration of the journey is testing (to say the least - 15 hours. There’s no way they could do it in 12 therefore this is misleading/ a lie). The description claims that there is a stop for dinner - there isn’t - and that they stop at Kirmizi Su - they didn’t. So again this is misleading. The guide was decent, although it was difficult to hear him. On the way home the coach was damaged due to a random attack, the guide dealt with this very professionally.

Average trip - I went with my family during August. We had to change the busses couple of times till we reached our final english language speaking bus. During this we had to deal with a Russian speaking tour guide which was not only unfriendly, but also wrongly giving instructions and information in a rude way!!. The food was low quality. We had to pay extra 15 euro intead of 10 (as per the site) for cleopatra pool entrance.
