Hendersons in Pamukkale - Wow, what a great experience we had, to walk around the fantastic ruins and swim in the cleopatra pool was a bucket list experience.
Our guide Huray was awesome, with her history, dance and not to mention the great music she made our trip one to remember. I would recommend this trip to everyone that goes to Turkey. Thanks

Wonderful day att Pamukkale and Hierapolis - We had a great day. Huray was our guide, and she was absolutely wonderful. Told us a lot about the history, Pamukkale and Hieropolis, which made the experience great. My daughter who was 11 also had a great time. At the end near the hotel, she also gave some short folk music history information which was really nice to hear.

Wonderful Excursion - Although it was a long day with a three hour journey each way I would say it was worth it. The pickup was on time but we did waste some time at the other stops as the people were not ready so we could have been at Pamukkale a little earlier to give us more time. The tour guide gave us some good background information about what we would see and the best way to make the most of our time there. We very much enjoyed the travertines. The hike up the theatre was definitely worth it and we finished with a soothing swim in the antique pool. The lunch stop was good too. All in all a tiring day with the travelling but glad we went.

Excellent trip but beware of things youre not told. - The roman ruins of Heiropolis are excellent and the history speaks for itself. The thermal baths at a constant 36 degrees was brilliant, as were the calcium slopes. There are two reasons I didnt give 5 stars.
1. The tour guides here seem to take you to other venues such as carpet weaving factories and onyx factories. These are fine if you want to go there and book a trip accordingly, but we didnt. Because of these extra stops we had less time at Heiropolis and the thermal spa than we would have liked.
2. Viator will tell you that this trip is 6 to 8hrs (all day). Our trip, and we did not rush or go slow, was 13hrs. Even without the stop that we didnt sign up to, it would still have been 12hrs. This resulted in us missing breakfast as it was a very early start, and also missing our evening meal as we were too late back. Viator have got these timings very wrong indeed (and I would like some compensation for the evening meal we had to buy, being too late for our all inclusive one).
