Not recommended at all - The tour included a 15 minutes stop in the red spring area and not 1/2 hours as stated in the description. We stopped at an outlet which sells clothes, pillows, mattresses , etc., it was a complete waste of time and pointless (they always try to make you buy something). The lunch was at a buffet restaurant with bad food and dirty table cloths. We paid for the drop off at our hotel but they told us it was not included and suggested to get a bus from the station to reach Denizli from Pamukkale. They said that are not responsible for the information on Viator. Very disappointed with the service, we paid 85€ each for such a poor experience.
